- Julie (1/5): Total disappointing shambles. - Nothing, they cancelled on us 2 hours before check in as we were driving down on the m1. Terrible contact before then, they sent us an email confirming for a month before we were due to stay and then said it was a computer blip. All very strange and suspicious- apparently it was ongoing work that made them cancel but why leave it till that late to tell us? As above, total shambles and let down very badly 2 hours before check in.
