- Patricia (6/5): estadia mediana e com muito a melhorar no atendimento. - gostei do espaço, da separação dos ambientes e de certa forma da localização. não gostei do atendimento da imobiliária que não incluiu a taxa do pet no valor do contrato e foi me cobrar em dinheiro na chegada, me pegando desprevenida pois estava contando 100% com cartão de crédito nesta oportunidade, além do caução que também é muito deselegante, afinal, se houvesse algo quebrado era só cobrar depois da vistoria. ademais, o chuveiro desliga sozinho do nada, precisa ficar ligando o disjuntor toda hora, além disso também ficamos a estadia toda sem tv, e para esses transtornos não fui reembolsada, tampouco assegurada mediante caução. aí contrário, tudo foi me cobrado de forma antecipada, antes mesmo de utilizar os serviços, porém no momento do uso, ficamos a ver navios.
