Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
1. Photography Adjustments: Please note that minor aesthetic or decorative updates may occur in our properties, which might not be immediately reflected in our advertisement photographs. These changes are purely cosmetic and will not affect the functionality of the house.
2. Cleaning Policy: The final cleaning fee is included in your reservation total. We kindly ask that you leave the house in the same condition as you found it upon arrival.
3. Garbage Disposal: It is mandatory to dispose of your waste responsibly. You must use the street containers for your garbage, located 100 meters from the house (to your right upon exiting).
4. No Parties or Events: To ensure a peaceful environment for all, parties or events are strictly prohibited within the premises. Non-compliance will result in immediate expulsion without compensation.
5. Occupancy Agreement: Only the number of guests specified in the reservation is allowed access to the house. Any additions must receive prior approval from the owner. In compliance with the law, all occupants must be registered with the local police system.
6. Smoking Policy: Smoking inside the house is strictly forbidden. If you wish to smoke, please do so on the balcony.
7. Pet Policy: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed within the property.
8. Utilities Usage: While the consumption of electricity and water is included in your reservation, excessive use may lead to a deduction from your deposit. Please be mindful of your consumption.
9. Property Condition: Any damages or concerns should be reported on the day of check-in. Failure to do so implies acceptance of the house and its contents in perfect condition, cleanliness, and as advertised.
10. Valuables: Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings, including cash and valuables. The property owner, insurance, or any intermediary cannot be held liable for loss or theft.
11. Owner Access: The owner reserves the right to access the property with prior notice to the guest in case of damage, issues, or necessary repairs, ensuring the safety and maintenance of the property.
12. Photography and Recording Restrictions: The use of the property for commercial photography or recording purposes is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the owner.
13. Late Check-Out Policy: Check-out is at 10:00 AM to allow cleaning staff adequate time to prepare for incoming guests. Any delays without prior agreement will incur a fee of €20 per hour.
14. Security Deposit: Please be aware that violation of any of these rules may result in the loss of your security deposit, either in full or in part, amounting to €50.
Acceptance of Terms: By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and accept these house rules.
Checkin and Deposit in time: Please be aware that we are not a company specializing in tourist rentals; we exclusively offer this apartment for rent. Therefore, it is imperative that the online check-in process and the deposit are completed at least one day prior to your arrival. This ensures that we can provide you with the access code in a timely manner. If you wait until you are in front of the door to complete these steps, there is a risk that we may not be immediately available to assist you or to send the code.

J'ai demandé un lit bébé,qui m'a été fourni immédiatement. Près de l'autoroute et quelques magasins,non loin. Bonjour,la vue du balcon n'est pas top,des déchets se baladent au gré du vent en face,dans le champ. Pas de poubelle assez proche,à mon goût. Pas d'éclairage,dans les parties communes.

- Noemi (8/5): - Casa accogliente, comoda e molto attrezzata. Parcheggio comodo. Mancava il quinto letto (il divano non era un divano letto).
- Osman (9/5): Superb - Everything was perfectly designed and prepared for a whole family....we liked everything about this apartment.... The only cons issue is that sometimes the dog of the neighbours was barking even at late nights which may be disruptive to somebody staying there....

- David (6/5): Good apartment in poor location - Great apartment with a balcony. Looks newish inside. Location description is poor, view from balcony is basically scrubland. Local area has basic facilities and no restaurants open on a Monday. Essential you have a car really, there is a good regular bus service to airport, Málaga and other local bigger towns.

- Lucija (10/5): Exceptional - We liked everything! There are all necessities nearby: supermarket, caffe bar, bakery.. Apartment is excellently located so you can approach to the highway so easily and fast, avoiding morning rush and traffic jam at any part of the day. Apartment was so clean! We also liked the environment and the view from the balkony and especially - the sound of donkey :D That really made our stay priceless! :-D In the end just to say that the owner could not be better than he was!
