• Guest (5/5): I don't think it can be called a luxury apartment. However, it was clean and comfortable. - The fact that one has to make a security deposit before the apartment is made available. It was difficult to do this with an overseas phone with roaming switched off, as the bank sends a code to the phone via text. The apartment has been paid for and we are not the type of people to break the place. Things were broken in the apartment and we were constantly nervous that we will be charged for it. The bathroom door does not close, the towel rack was broken and there is no space to unpack clothes.

• Christelle (9/5): Superbe logement tout équipé - La literie exceptionnelle et la propreté du logement. La réactivité de l'hôte aux messages. Équipement complet du logement. WiFi et climatisation. Personnalisation de la décoration. Et le parking inclus dans le Booking est un plus, le garage n'est pas loin. Aussi l'emplacement est très bien pour rejoindre à pied ou en métro ou en voiture le centre historique et les commerces. Comme partout au Canada, le pommeau de douche est accroché au mur dans la salle de bains mais cela nous change de l'Europe où nous avons une manette de douche amovible. Mais ce n'est pas une critique, il faut s'adapter
• Nathalie (10/5): Exceptional - Lots of sunlight, comfortable beds, all the amenities were available for us. Nice walking distance from St-Catharinesxstrees, shops etc. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you. Front door of the apt was an issue, parking stressful if you have a big vehicle.
• Klaus (5/5): Very poor attention to needed repairs, but otherwise a clean, safe and comfy place to stay. - Fresh, clean, all new appliances, new bathroom, new kitchen supplies, fresh paint, some food staples provided Had to struggle with rental agent for a long time trying to get access codes for building and apartment; apartment keypad was almost entirely useless, had to finally insist on a real key; the building rental agent was inside the apartment when we finally got in - he had no idea that we had rented the unit for a week and was about to show the apartment; multiple repair issues upon arrival - both towel bars were broken in bathroom, multiple window shades were coming off, a glued mirror had fallen off the bedroom wall, several door stops were broken off, the toilet flapper constantly hung up leaving the water running. The indoor parking was a block away (no notice of this prior to arrival) and the apartment was very noisy from floor above. No closets or dressers, just coat racks. Rental agent was apologetic and offered a discount for a future use - nothing offered against what we paid FOR THIS STAY.
• Christopher (9/5): Great stay in the heart of the city! - Location is great, check-in was easy, apartment was clean and comfortable. Host has quick with communicating and helpful. Would totally recommend staying here! The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I had to do a safety deposit, and also how then there were a few things in the apartment that we already broken. Would make sure you look around the apartment as you get there, and mention anything to the host that looks already broken.
• Morgan (8/5): Very good - Apartment was very clean, modern, and nicely furnished. Excellent location. Communication was not smooth. We requested early check-in but never heard back. When we arrived and didn't have the door code, there was no answer at the telephone number we were given.

We felt at home . Perhaps consider international Travellers . We were unable to check in early despite request after a 19 hour flight . We were however able to access the property at 2pm when we returned back .
