• Jakub (8/5): Cozy flat in the centre of Milano - Very good location close to metro and train station, plenty of good places to eat. Great communication with the host. The flat has everything you need. Good windows and A/C which are quite necessary, the restaurants on the street outside are very noisy all night. Could not manage to close the shower door properly but that was about the only thing I can think of.

• Fco Antonio (5/5): Aceptable pero mejorable - Ubicación aceptable. Barrio ruidoso, aunque hay tapones de cortesía. Instalaciones un poco abandonadas. La mampara de la ducha no cierra y se sale todo el agua.

Extremely close to the metro, with restaurants and a supermarket just a short walk away. Fabio's instructions were very detailed and helpful. We would gladly come back again!

• juan jose (8/5): Agradable - Buena ubicación, apartamento limpio y amplio Muchísimo ruido cada día hasta las 2 de la madrugada por los bares de la calle, aunque las ventanas insonorizan bastante, eso sí con los tapones que te deja el anfitrión.el apartamento necesita algunas mejoras

• Nerissa (7/5): Good - There was an elevator in the building and we carried our bags only 1 flight of stairs! WiFi was great too. Kitchen was complete so we managed to cook our breakfast in the apartment. We had to clip the curtains to give us privacy at night. Bathroom shower door was a bit hard to close.
• Alan (9/5): A very good place to stay in Milan. - This is a very nice flat in the noisy, cosmopolitan corner of Portia Venezia. There is noise at night, but there are diverse good restaurants in the street below. The location is excellent for walking, tram and metro. The shower needs a bit of renovation work.

• Daniela (10/5): Pleased - I had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The location is excellent, the apartment was spotless. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend! The air conditioner could use an upgrade, but we didn't use it much. The evenings were cool, so we simply opened the windows.
• Richard (9/5): Great value for money and a perfect place to stay if you need somewhere as a base while you explore Milan for a few days - Location was great, very close to the metro station. Fabio & Anna are lovely, and did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible Just minor issues eg the toilet flush didn’t work, but Fabio was very apologetic and tried his best to get everything sorted quickly as soon as we informed him.
