- Todd (7/5): Miami Location - Great location. Easy to find. The pool was great. There was a lot to do at the house. Every room had a TV. Washer and dryer at the house. The beachy backyard was a nice addition. Communication was very lacking. We wanted to rent scooters and were told just days before we arrived they were available. I was told to book them. I asked how to book them but never received another word from them. When we arrived assuming the scooters would be there. There was nothing. When I inquired about them again I was told they weren't available and never were available during my stay. It must have been a COMMUNICATION problem. I do have all the text saying they were available and everything. When we arrived we noticed MOLD in one of the bathrooms. We texted right away. Was asked a question then again nothing right in the middle of the conversation. Another example we woke up at the end of our stay and went to get in the pool and it was freezing. I asked about that and was told one moment while they check their system then again I never heard another word from them. It seems that I wasn't worth their time to finish or fix any issue. I have all kept all communication showing where on each occasion they just stopped responding.
