• DaniSZX (10/5): Apartamento excelente ao lado do Coliseu! - Apartamento espaçoso, completo, muito confortável e muito perto do Coliseu, foi estratégico para fazer essa árte de Roma inteirinha a pé, de lá andamos até pelo Trastevere. Tem mercado do lado, a noite cansados faziamos pizza no forno com um belo vinho, na cozinha completa. As amenidades oferecidas (até chinelinho) foram muito úteis, a máquina de lavar roupas maravilhosa! Voltaria com certeza! A única coisa que poderia melhorar é o tamanho do box, bem apertadinho, e a ducha muito estreita na parede, mas mesmo assim tomamos um bom banho quente. O sistema de abertura da porta de entrada do apto, via app com celular, é um pouco trabalhoso e demorado, não muito prático.

• Дмитрий (10/5): We were satisfied. - The apartment is located near the Colosseum. The location is excellent. There's a 24-hour taxi stand 500 meters away. A Korefur store is 100 meters away. A good seafood restaurant is 30 meters away. The apartment itself is very cozy, but I imagine it's only suitable for two people. The host provided slippers. The sofa in the living room is in good condition. The mattress in the bedroom is comfortable, with plenty of pillows. The water pressure in the shower and bathroom is excellent. The host provided toiletries. The kitchen is fully equipped for use (plenty of dishes and utensils). The host also provided dishwasher detergent. Coffee capsules, tea, and sugar were provided. The washing machine came with tablets. It was fairly quiet. Occasionally, voices could be heard from the courtyard, but not in the evening or at night. Small TV screen. No shoehorn. But these are minor details compared to all the advantages.

They had even a nespresso machine. We used the washing machine and we had pods available, drier, etc. - the host- very helpful and responsive

• Selin (9/5): Genel olarak iyi - Genel anlamda memnun kaldığımız bir yerdi. Seyahat öncesi bizimle içeri giriş için yönergeleri paylaştılar video sayesinde içeri girmekte hiç zorluk yaşamadık. Ama kesinlikle bir internet bağlantınız olmalı. Mutfak donanımlı bizim için kahve ve çay da bırakmışlardı. Bulaşık ve çamaşırlar için deterjan ütü masası gibi eşyalar da mevcuttu. Bence bu evin en büyük avantajı büyük simge yapılara rahat bir şekilde yürüyerek ulaşabilmeniz. Ki kesinlikle roma içinde yürümenizi tavsiye ederim çünkü her yer bir tarih harikası. Eğer olur da yürümeyi tercih etmezseniz de ev tramvay, otobüs ve metro duraklarına çok yakın. Tek araçla istediğiniz yere ulaşabilirsiniz. Evin bence temelde 2 negatif özelliği var birincisi su basıncı. Sıcak su yeterince sıcak değil ve basıncı az ama bu romadaki tüm eski binalarda yaşanıyor bu yüzden ev sahibinin bir şey yapabileceğini sanmıyorum. İkincisi ise yataklar biraz rahatsızdı özellikle de iki kişiden fazla iseniz ve koltukta birisi yatacaksa bol şans çünkü çok rahatsız :(

Μεγαλη ντουλαπα, είχε σεσουάρ μαλλιών, σιδερο για τα ρούχα, απλώστρα κ πλυντήριο ρούχων ( πολύ χρήσιμα όλα αυτά) Είχε μόνο 1 τηλεόραση., Για να πας στην τουαλέτα έπρεπε να περάσεις μεσα από το δωμάτιο .(λίγο άβολο σε περίπτωση που υπάρχουν 2 ζευγάρια ή τρίτο άτομο στο σπίτι).Δεν είχε τόσο καλή ηχομόνωση .Δεν μας παρείχε η δυνατότητα να κάνουμε νωρίτερα check-in κ αναγκαστηκαμε να πάμε τις βαλίτσες αλλού κ να πληρώσουμε , θα ήθελα έστω τις βαλίτσες να μας αφήσουν να τις βάλουμε μέσα στον χώρο . Παρόλα αυτά θα το πρότεινα κ σε φίλους.

O acesso ao apartamento é sensacional. tinha ar condicionado, lava louças, geladeira, fogão, forno. a única coisa que nn tinha era um microondas, mas ok. o sofá cama muito confortável Teve uma queda de energia no ultimo dia, acabei passando a noite sem energia, mas os funcionários foram tao agradáveis e solícitos que no final ficou tudo bem.

• Oukhortseva (10/5): Great experience! - I liked the apartment and our experience from the very beginning of our trip. The host let us in at 1 pm, 2 hours earlier, which was extremely helpful and valuable for me as I was travelling with a 2 years old baby. I was a bit afraid about getting into the apartment with the code while reading the comments. It is easy - just watch the video and you will understand everything! The kitchen had everything in it - even the coffee machine which is not noted in the description. The bed in the bedroom is extremely cosy and comfortable to sleep. The apartment is on the 1st floor, so there is no sun in the apartment. I assume this is great in summer as it will be cool in the apartment. The location is perfect - 5-10 mins to Colosseum! The sofa is not that comfortable for 2 adults, better for 1 person or teens. But anyway the apartment is worth staying.

Still kitchen needs some more stuff like blender, hand mixer and microwave But still it has very nice kitchen stuff .

• Hamed (8/5): It was a nice stay close to colosseum, quiet, restaurants within walking distance. Recommended - Location, quiet, responsive host It was a bit difficult to enter the apartment for the first time using the app key as the mobile/internet network coverage was bad in the neighborhood. We took/saved a picture of the received code on our phones, and for next times entered that code directly into the lock without needing the internet connection.
• Sibirianstone (9/5): Superb - A smart lock was important to us, we checked in at 6 am. You need mobile internet to open the lock. Perfect cleanliness. Well equipped kitchen. There were plenty of towels. The bed linen was very good. The dishwasher and washing machine worked well. One tip: Bring some tablets with you for these devices. There is a large Conad supermarket nearby, which is open seven days a week. Great location. The water in the shower did not drain well. I hope the manager solved the problem.

The apartment is in very good condition, the photographs correspond to reality, clean bed and towels, clean and varied dishes. Internet works well. Very convenient location of the apartment, within walking distance of the metro, shops, restaurants and attractions. We will definitely stay in this apartment next time.

When we arrived in the apartment around 10am there was already someone there cleaning the apartment. I told him that our check out was 11am and he left after a few minutes.

• Ivana (5/5): The location and the comodity are very good, but the host for any assistance is rarely reachable. - The location of the property is excellent, and the commodity of the apartment. We stayed for 7 days and we didn't get new towels, and cleaning. The fee we paid for the cleaning was upon our arrival, which is stupid, of course we gonna enter clean apartment. The property have a rule book with so many penalties, it is outrages. There are penalties for everything even for leaving earlier than the predicted check out time.

• Cindy (6/5): It was nice - The door system and the location is really convenient. - Shower is really small - bed frame was really inconvenient as we ended up getting quite a few bruises on our legs from the frame. - quality of towels weren’t that great as they had too much fluff flying everywhere.

• Durk (8/5): A comfortable and relaxing get-away, surrounded by the beauty that Rome has to offer. - A comfortable and relatively quiet apartment that's just a 5 min walk from the Colloseum and nearby sights. There are ample shops and dining venues nearby, as well as a park with a children's playground. Support was fantastic; on the first day we encountered a number of issues (leaking kettle, causing a short circuit; our 4-y.o. child was also charged with tourist tax on my credit card, while he shouldn't have been; clogged bathroom sink): Everything was solved by 14h the next day. A day later, around 19h, we had a power outage in our apartment, which we couldn't resolve ourselves with the apartment's switch box; within 10 min a person came by to solve the problem and the next day they send a repair guy the to fix the culprit (dish washer, this time). Very prompt and appropriate response! Neighbours can be heard on occasion, passing by in the hall-way; obstinate toddlers, lively discussions. Nothing extremely annoying, but worth mentioning. Noise from traffic is practically absent, however.
