The hosts were very helpful and they had very thoughtfully considered their gu - Clean comfortable very well serviced great views great location great hosts Buzzing noise outside from building next door. Pool was being renovated and we had not been informed about this. Hot/cold shower taps very sensitive and difficult to control water temperature whilst using.

• Kathryn (7/5): Not luxury, just basic - The location was very good if you want to be in central area of Adelaide. The owner was nice enough to let us store our bags when we arrived in Adelaide much earlier than the check in time. It had the basics in the kitchen. It was nice to be able to do some laundry. This place needs some TLC. The furniture is falling apart, the balcony furniture was dirty, none of the utensils or dishes matched. The WiFi password that is on the laminated sheet in the condo is not correct. There was only one towel in the kitchen so drying dishes was harder. It is described as luxury but it really just has the basic necessities. The bed was closer to full-size than queen. It would have been nice to have more than one key and building fob since there were 3 people. When one left, the others had to stay either in or out. Also, we had to pay $20 to store our bags after check out while we waited to go to the airport.

Host was responsive and an easy check in and out. Overall a great base for a few days in Adelaide. More comfy settee and nice rug would finish the place off nicely.

It is also near the botanical gardens. The modern apartment is on the 14th floor with stunning views. It has a dish washer, a washing machine and tumble dryer. This place was fantastic. Nothing to report.
• Shannon (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Collecting and returning the keys worked like a breeze and the hosts were a - Great location, handy to trams and city centre. Great 270 degree view from hills, over city, to the coast line. It was clean and tidy. Would stay again :)
