• Barbara (7/5): Tolles Apartment wenn sie eigene Pölster und Schlafmaske mitbringen - Lage nähe Stadthalle, öffentlich gut erreichbar Umfangreiche Ausstattung (viele Geräte), wir haben nichts genutzt - aber die wichtigsten Dinge (ein bequemer Schlafpolster pro Person, Verdunkelung) fehlen! Sauber moderne Einrichtung hilfreiches Personal (Housekeeping) Lichtschutzvorhänge vor den Außenfenstern ruhige Straße (die Tür zum Gang ist aber hellhörig) Grundlegende Voraussetzung ist ein bequemes Bett (Bett ist bequem!), aber die Pölster sind wie vorbekannt viel zu dick und zu hart (für Sofalehne geeignet, nicht fürs Bett!) Die Bezüge sind zu klein, nicht genug Pölster für 4 Personen. Das Fenster über der Tür ist nicht verdunkelbar, bei jedem Licht am Gang oder ab Sonnenaufgang ist das Zimmer hell, es leuchtet direkt auf das Bett. Verdunkelungsfolie wäre ideal. schlechte Kommunikation zwischen Vermietung und Personal (es ist nicht bekannt wie viele Personen übernachten werden, Sofa klemmt) unbequemes Sofa mit Spalten die schlechte Bewertung gibt es für die Ignoranz des Vermieters die seit langem bekannten Verbesserungsvorschläge (neue Pölster, Verdunkelung Innenfenster) nicht umzusetzen

• Hanna (9/5): Зручно, комфортно, затишно - Всі зручності, відповідали заявленому. Зручне заселення, швидке вирішення питань, менеджер постійно на зв'язку. Подушки все ж завеликі, але у шафі були менші і додаткові наволочки, тож питання вирішили заміною подушок)

• Gerhard (8/5): Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt. - Alles, bis auf das Fenster über der Eingangstür zur Wohnung, man wurde nachts geblendet, sobald man im Bett lag. Schon erwähnt.
• Ulla (9/5): - Ein kleines, aber feines Appartement in Ottakring mit allem, was man für einen Ferienaufenthalt benötigt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist modern und funktional. Die Lage ist perfekt. Man erreicht die Innenstadt fußläufig. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist etwas dunkel und hellhörig.

• Werner (6/5): Potential with good location, but falls short of the most basic need, good sleep! - The location is great, centrally located and security is perfect too. The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment very clean and well layed out. The washing machine was much appreciated. The property has great potential, but unfortunately falls short on the most important aspect of a stay: a restful night’s sleep. The mattress is extremely soft and sags to the point where it does not provide healthy support, resulting in discomfort and a restless night. While I understand that preferences vary, basic comfort should never be compromised. The pillows are another issue - they are overly puffed and hard, offering no proper head or neck support, which led to neck pain. This is simply not acceptable. We could not sleep on the pillows and had to use the smaller couch cushions instead. I strongly suggest the owners spend a night at the apartment to experience it fully themselves. Additionally, the heated towel rail in the bathroom is dangerously hot. Positioned close to the toilet, it’s easy to accidentally touch it and burn yourself - this actually happened to me. Overall, the property has promise, but these fundamental issues need urgent attention to ensure guests can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay.
• Cristina (10/5): Apartamento cómodo - Apartamento perfecto… estaba quizás un poco apartado pero en 25 minutos estabas andando en el centro. Las camas muy cómodas y la cocina muy moderna y tenía de todo.
• Nataliia (10/5): - Зручне розташування, поряд із зупинкою автобус 48А. Сама вуличка тиха. Окрім магазинів недалеко є великий ринок, де є величезний вибір найсвіжіших продуктів. Дуже зручна кровать, дійсно kingsize, нам вдалося добре відпочити після довгих прогулянок містом. Плотні порт'єри на вікнах. Простора вітальня з гарним диваном, що розкладається. Велике дзеркало. Опалення було достатнє, тепла підлога. Кухня добре обладнана, достатньо посуду. Дуже приємно було пригоститися чаєм та кавою (капсули до кавомашини), які були для нас залишені. Для нас здалися завеликими і твердими подушки, але в шафі були також маленьки подушки, ми самі іх застелили.

If a curtain blocked the light coming in over the door and if better pi - Great location, convenient to the office and attractions, close to grocery store and bakery, yet quiet. Pillows too fat and need a blackout curtain for window over the door. When people use the main building hall late at night or very early in the morning, the light shines right in on the head of the bed.
