- Pamela (4/5): Disappointing - Spaciousness, location. Dirty pool, unkempt garden and dirty bins. Rodent droppings around the pool because of hole in fence, broken football game, warped pool table, broken games console, broken safe, towel rail broken and broken drawer in bedroom.No teaspoons in kitchen and all door shelves in fridge broken.

- Dan (8/5): Very good - Excellent location. Very near disney. Plenty of room. Bathroom at back of house needs an exhaust fan. Trash and recycle schedule in letter was one day early.
- Małgorzata (9/5): Superb - Everything was perfect and just like shown on the photos. We had only problem with the pool heating because it got broken after one day only - the solution was warm water from the hose but it didn’t completely fulfill the expectations. Besides that the stay was perfect!
- Stephanie (10/5): Home Away From Home - My daughter and I were really impressed with the room themes. The house was neat and clean. I really liked the clean bleach smell in the shower of the master bathroom. The house felt like home. The regulation of the temperature throughout the home was a bit challenging, if someone slept in the upstairs themed bedroom. This could've been due to user error, not being familiar with that particular thermostat.

- Karen (9/5): Loved it - Fantastic location. The house is in a clean quiet gated community, near the Disney parks and very close to restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Kitchen was well equipped. We reported broken Air con and it was fixed within a few hours. The children loved the themed bedrooms and the cinema and games room and spent the first 2 hours running round the place in excitement. There were tables and chairs outside near the pool where we sat out for breakfast and drinks in the evening and the pool was regularly cleaned and well maintained. It was great to get in the pool after a long day in the theme parks. Would recommend
- Nyasia (10/5): The Rivera Family Vacation - From the moment we got there everything inside the house was beautiful. Decorations in each room were awesome, and my boys loved the themed rooms. The pool was very clean, and chairs were available to eat by the pool was great. Well organized, movie theatre was awesome for our family night, game room had pool table and soccer table. This home exceeded our expectations and is very affordable. We were close to all shopping spots and Disney World. The only thing needed is an upgrade to the kitchen pots and pans and counter knives, and the gate for the backyard is broken. Lastly, the stopper for the main floor bathroom should be fixed. It wouldn't stay open when taking a shower.
