• Kamil (1/5): Pésimo servicio! - El hostal lo reservamos con más de un mes de anticipación, pedían pago por adelantado y sin posibilidad de cancelación. Uno espera reciprocidad en estas condiciones, pero no. Tres días antes del viaje, nos escriben que nos han cambiado las habitaciones. Cuando llegamos al lugar, una de las habitaciones estaba a media hora de distancia de las otras! Es increíble que hagan esto, pusimos la queja y respondieron, que no tenían más habitaciones, que de malas. Obviamente, no pudimos utilizar la cuarta habitación, pues íbamos en una misión académica, visitando universidades y la opción que nos dieron estaba lejísimos. Posterior a esto, ni una disculpa ni nada, El único contacto que tuve con ellos fue una llamada el día que salimos del alojamiento, preguntando por las llaves del sitio donde no nos quedamos, acusándonos de haberlas llevado. Quiero reembolso de esa habitación, pues no la utilizamos y no fue lo que se pactó.
• Diana (1/5): V žádném případě nedoporučuji toto ubytování - Nebylo uklizeno, všude prach, křupání písku pod nohama, podlaha lepila, nádobí špinavé, kliky olepené, pavučiny na stropech, invaze mušek na oknech /nešlo identifikovat o jaké jde, ale zahnízdili se všude v rozích oken, v kuchyni byla půlka okna napadena těmito muškami, moli, jediné, co bylo čisté byly ručníky a povlečení.
• Nicole (5/5): - Die Lage ist super. Küche relativ gut ausgestattet, Geschirr war aber leider nicht sehr sauber. Bad schön groß, aber auch hier ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Relativ großer Wohnkomplex, Nachbarn relativ laut.
• Karolina (6/5): Good stay. - Flat is situated in the city center. It is located on the first floor. Flat is huge with two big rooms and big bathroom. Kitchen is small but enough for four people. In the bathroom wasn't balsam or shampoo. In the kitchen missed tea or coffe. In this world this things are basic.
• Anke (1/5): Sehr schmutzige, abgewohnte Wohnung, die völlig überteuert vermietet wird. - Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Die Bezeichnung „Handwerkerwohnung“ rechtfertigt aber nicht, dass sie schmutzig vermietet wird. Es war extrem schmutzig, obwohl 80,-€ Putzgebühr verlangt wurden. Die Stühle in der Küche klebten vor Schmutz. Es waren Haare der Vormieter auf dem Boden zu finden. Die Wohnung ist Mitte den billigsten Bettgestellen von Ikea ausgestattet, die bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung quietschen. Die Matratzen waren unbequem, was allerdings ein individuelles Empfinden ist. Nach Beschwerden bezüglich der Sauberkeit zeigte sich der Vermieter uneinsichtig. Wir werden die Angelegenheit dem Anwalt übergeben.

• Katharina (6/5): Come for practical reasons, not for comfort - Practical accommodation close to the city centre with ca. 10 minutes to walk to public transport and ca. 15 minutes to a shopping centre with a wide range of restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Great location for walks along the river Elbe as you are basically on an island in the middle of the water. You may have to circle a bit to find parking. Keys are left in a keybox and can be collected at odd hours, if required. The flat is managed remotely by a company with efficient and very friendly service via whatsapp. The unit is on the ground floor and has four single beds in two bedrooms. The bathroom is shared and only accessible via one of the bedrooms (important to note depending on the composition of your group). Good water pressure and hot water; fast heating in all rooms (I was there in winter). The kitchen has basic appliances and dishes which are all well-used but functional. There is no real lounge but a dining table and TV in the kitchen. Internet is strong in the kitchen, too (less so in the bedrooms). All in all, the place is set up as temporary workers' accommodation rather than a holiday home. At the same time, the price (when I traveled) was fair for the standard provided. Cleaning was done very quickly after I reported to the management company, however, the place has not been deep-cleaned in a long time despite a hefty cleaning fee applied to the booking. Thin, low-quality mattresses.
