Louise (10/5): Fantastic apartment - We were super happy with our stay. The apartment is super centrally located and couldn't be better located. The apartment was lovely clean and spacious. The apartment was in good condition and seemed modern compared to other apartments in Florence that we have stayed in. The hosts were super attentive and checked up on us and they provided great service - really good. My sister and I also had a few laughs during our stay because we shared the blanket/sheet in the double bed and we got a workout for our bodies walking up the steep stairs - but 10 out of 10 times would book that apartment again on our next trip if it is available.
Jill (1/5): Bad - we couldn't stay there ,there was no light the stairs were ridiculous..we could not see where we were going and two steep . we had to find other accommodation. no way could we drag our suit cases up those steps . I asked for a refund but was refused ,can you do anything for us .
