• Ullah (8/5): Good for money - In the advertisement it says luggage storage available and not approachable once you confirm and pay . you will get the response that sorry we don’t have luggage storage facilities for security reasons Advertisement vs reality regarding luggage storage
• Laura (5/5): Decent for price, would stay again - You get a lot of space for the price and in a great location for Waterloo station. Yes, you can hear the trains going but it didn't disturb us and we didn't have any people/pub noise which I thought we might. As someone else said, it's fine. Everything is a bit tired, but if you are familiar with London housing, this is bang on average. Getting check-in instructions was quite complicated & needed multiple back-and-forths via WhatsApp. Then the building number wasn't included - hint: it's 113, the door to the left of Iceland.

• Anna (1/5): Unsafe and lack of support with poor amenities and no Internet - Location was good but it wasn’t a safe area. The pillows were terrible. The door to the street did not lock and it was an unsafe area. When I called and let them know they didn’t believe me and said that it was fine. When I sent pictures and video they still didn’t believe me until I called Booking.com they didn’t fix this while we were there. It was not safe and the door could just be pushed open. The Internet didn’t work and it was unclear how to fix this issue. I had a difficult time getting a hold of anyone to help me and Booking.com couldn’t get them to answer either.

• Dueñas Girela (10/5): - La ubicación está genial, no se tarda nada en ir andando al centro, el lugar es muy tranquilo y no tuvimos ningún problema.
• Mariona (1/5): PÉSIMO - Nada El chek in disponible del apartamento era a las 15h de la tarde pero le comenté al anfitrión que veníamos de fuera y que nos habíamos levantado a las 4 de la mañana y queríamos descansar lo antes posible. Este, no me permitió entrar antes, de hecho accedí al recinto del apartamento sin entrar dentro de la vivienda y estaba a las 14h de la tarde la limpiadora la cual estaba con el móvil apoyada en un cristal de una habitación que daba al recinto donde esperamos finalmente hasta las 15.15h. La chica de la limpieza avisó al anfitrión de que estábamos fuera esperando y me llamó diciéndome que me fuera y que dejara que la limpiadora trabajara cuando apenas lo estaba haciendo y cuando ni siquiera habíamos entrado a dejar el equipaje. A causa de eso, para fastidiarnos, me dijo que tendríamos que esperar más, hasta las 15.15h. Este sitio no lo recomiendo ya que a parte de que no tiene sitio para poder dejar el equipaje, tampoco hacen excepciones para dejarte entrar antes. No tiene mucho sentido porque el chek out ha sido a las 10 de la mañana y ese cuchitril de apartamento se limpia en 1h, no en 5h. El agua caliente de la caldera no funciona y solo te puedes duchar con agua fría. Aparte de todo eso el servicio del anfitrión ha sido pésimo y de muy mala educación. A todo esto, el wifi me lo dio a las 23h de la noche porque tampoco me contestaba a nada.
• Jackson (9/5): would recommend - big property, superb location. has a kitchen, living room, bedroom, indeed does have a view of the london eye. couldnt find information to connect to wifi. was very cold and couldnt for the life of me figure out hiow to make it warmer, radiator taps appeared to do nothing. additional toiletries would have been nice, watch out at night time as there is a lack of light when exiting the property and i almost tripped down 2 big steps.

• Monika (8/5): - Apartament w doskonałej lokalizacji, blisko komunikacji miejskiej i dworca kolejowego. W pobliżu sklep, spożywczy, restauracje. W apartamencie było bardzo ciepło, dość dobrze wyposażony. Problemy z prysznicem, nie było możliwości ustawienia stabilnej temperatury wody, na szczęście była wanna i można było wykąpać się.

• Michele (1/5): Disappointed and false advertising should be removed from Booking.com options - Nothing but location 1. No toilet paper 2. Shower was broken 3. No outside lights- 2 of our party fell at night 4. False advertising- said there was luggage storage but there wasn’t costing us an extra 55€ 5. Had to ask multiple times to be let into property after checkin time
• Alison (5/5): Excellent location, but less than average apartment. - Excellent location. Cheaper than hotels we looked at Poorly maintained, see pics. Can only post 4 pics but have lots more of the issues. Poor outside lighting.lots of steps and slippery decking. Noisy at night. Views were overstated!! Hot water to shower ran for 30 secs then cold. Mentioned by previous reviewers. Left with shampoo etc to rinse and only cold water. Host unhelpful Cooking utensils v stained and old. Contractor had left bathroom floor messy. Host did offer extra clean but we declined. Bed uncomfortable. Had to hunt for extra bedding for sofa bed. No instructions for anything. Fridge not switched on Unsafe electric point Holes in walls

• Rachael (9/5): Great place to stay and great location for what we needed. - It was a very late booking and the vendor was very quick and efficient. So good to be able to accommodate us with such short notice. Flat was lovely and clean. Perfect location as we needed to be at the Royal festival hall at 8am. It was also very warm and the bed was very comfortable including pillows etc. Communication was excellent. There was coffee and tra etc... The flat shows signs of quite a bit of wear and tear but never the less very clean. The shower did not have hot water but that may have been a one off glitch. There was only one towel. There was an iron but no ironing board, a cover for a mini board but the board wasn't there.

Bathroom basin badly cracked. Flat front door in desperate need of painting. Boiler noisy during the night disturbed my sleep.

Wifi istedik ama başka bir wifi şifresi verildi odadan çekmiyordu söylenilen wifi.Sonrasında dönüş yapacaklardı fakat bir dönüş gelmedi.Duştan gelen su ya çok aşırı sıcak ya çok aşırı soğuk geliyordu.

• Alejandra (6/5): Agradable pero ruidoso - Muy buena ubicación, junto a la estación de Waterloo. Hay un supermercado junto al edificio y varios restaurantes y tiendas. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y en general es muy bonito y acogedor. No tienes contacto en persona con el propietario pero te atiende por mensaje muy amablemente cuando lo necesitas. Muy muy ruidoso, se oyen los trenes chirriando todo el tiempo y la otra calle con tránsito de personas y carros. La ducha a veces perdía el agua caliente de repente y salía helada. El sistema de cierre del apartamento es un poco incómodo y la puerta es muy pesada.

• Zoe (9/5): Perfect location and comfortable stay! - Location of this property is perfect with easy access to the river and Waterloo Station. Host was great and the communication before and during the stay was perfect. Bedding soft and towels were clean! Some cosmetic damage to property, but this did not affect the enjoyment of our stay. Did get quite hot, and a fan would perfect to help this issue. Lots of stairs and quite dark outside at night.
• Kelvin (5/5): Great place, - The location and the door locks. Lack of lightning on the walkway with the deep steps, one sensor that covers only the one section is mostly sleeping. Having the roof to floor big kitchen window yet leaving it without curtains with the view of a very busy public shopping centre. The same kitchen which is at the centre of the house leaving the guest too exposed that didn't feel safe at all.

The host was excellent as I had trouble with the wifi and the lock on the door but the host got back to me like instantly and got it sorted . Great view of the London eye and so close to Waterloo station . Cosy and very comfortable could smell how fresh the flat was on arrival will definitely be back thank you . Nothing
• Lorna (5/5): Passable - This is a very basic flat close to shops ( co op & iceland). Bath was nice water was warm. Tv was ok Very close to London eye, dungeon and big Ben. You can see eye from kitchen window. There were cracks on kitchen floor, walls had dents in, washing basin in bathroom had a massive crack and toilet didn't flush properly. It was also very noisy with trains coming and going ( I knew it was close but didn't realise we would hear everything). It was also very humid in flat and no fans were provided ( we did open windows)
• S (8/5): Great Location with a view of the London Eye - The apartment is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Waterloo Station, making it super easy to get around London. The area is lively, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and bars nearby, and there’s even an Iceland supermarket right next to the building for quick groceries. One of the highlights was being able to see the London Eye right from the window! The apartment also comes with a handy kitchenette, which was great for preparing simple meals. One thing to be aware of is that the apartment is on the 2nd floor, and after the main entrance, you need to use external metal stairs to reach it. These stairs could get slippery when wet, so be careful.
• Linda (6/5): Location was excellent so compensated b - No plug to the sink in the bathroom and shower in the bath - I am 75 withe a bit of arthritis - struggled to get in the bathroom and- expected that but could not have a proper all over wash as no plug to the sink . Could not get the oven to work - no numbers etc left on the dials and trial and error didn't work . Took pain au chocolate for my grandsons favourite breakfast
• Verma (6/5): Pleasant - Flat required maintainance. Sink and toilet needs to be clog free. Tiles in the kitchen floor was cracked and made us walk so carefully so we can not break it. Location was perfect.
• Clyde (7/5): Good - The flat was spacious and had a lot of facilities and the location was great. The toilet was broken and a solution was not provided by the owner, I had to fix it myself. Toilet is very important so that was a dissapointing in the beginning, but after that was fixed the experience in the flat was very nice.

• Mirum4 (6/5): Location very good. - Location was very central, Waterloo station a very short walking distance. Living area and kitchen small but nice. Clean and fresh towels provided. Toiletries also provided. The bed was very uncomfortable. No WiFi.
• Wandag (5/5): Great place but needs better maintenance - Great location. Close to transit, train. Lots of shops and restaurants. Bright and sunny. Very clean. Washer, stove, fridge all working well. Lots of hot water. Heat worked well. Warm with only one radiator on. View of London Eye was great, but don't look down (garbage bins below that window). No WIFI. Poor maintenance. Toilet running like a tap, but husband was able to adjust. Ancient carbon monoxide detector- took batteries out. Cracked floor tiles and sink repaired with tape. Door key code malfunctioned with heat from sun. Cooled it down with wet tissue to get in. Moldy shower curtain- really bad.

• Randall (5/5): Had great potential with a few adjustments - Great location. Allowed us to drop luggage Some broken items. Plumbers came with virtually no notice when my female companion as alone. Door does not seem secure. Instructions on electric lock were not good. Cleaning person showed us how to use it.
