- Helen (5/5): Location great but apartment lacking in many areas - Location Aircon was noisy, kitchen sponge and towels were smelly and not clean. No instructions about light switches that mean certain items can be used. No pool loungers as per pics but mostly the lack of communication from the host after many attempts during our stay
- DanielSutanto (9/5): - perfect central location . complete facilites on the building, and everything like towel , cutlery , microwave all proviced there are dry laundry inside 2 dryers , and there are left over ingredients , half bottle of wine on the kitchen cabinets , i just thought host could do better by organizing those stuff and throw away all the old stuff to make it cleaner and more organized
- Micky (10/5): - Fantastic, clean, 2 bedroom apartment on the 42nd floor. Great views and so central to everything. Tram stop just down the street, easy 15min walk to Marvel Stadium. Woolworths and BWS less than 100m away on the same block as the main entrance.
Very quiet apartment with all the amenities you need.
Awesome communication from the owner, especially when we requested a later check in. Thanks for making our family trip to Melbourne so smooth and comfy.
- Francisco (6/5): Great stay in the city - The apartment was very central, close to everything in the city and transport was a walking distance, it had the correct kitchen equipment, close to Woolworths metro and 24/7 Chinese food. We had issues with the toilet, toilet seat was broken, the water tank was extremely slow to refill and having kids with us we had to improvise to fill the toilet with a saucepan, toilet door lock did not lock we did reach to owner but been the long weekend this was not fixed, also the exhaust fans were dirty and the surrounds around the bed was dirty with hair, the air condition unit in the lounge room made this random noise that our girls described it as the pod coffee machine sound.
- Ellen (6/5): Good location - The location was great, very close to supermarket and the city. The gym, pool, sauna access were also fantastic. The unit unfortunately had a strong cigarette smoke smell and we could see staining from smoke all over the ceilings. We paid for a portacot for our stay however it wasn’t made up and there wasn’t any appropriate bedding for it.

- Tom (10/5): Perfect Melbourne stay if 2 BRs and kitchen plus laundry meets your needs. - Excellent location in corner of CBD near Queen Vic market. Roomy and comfortable, on 43rd floor of secure modern hi-rise. Owner very responsive. I was having issues with my eSIM and he pulled up to make sure we were getting in ok. Also quick to text back to respond to a question. Nothing.

Location was good.
Modern apartment that looked nice. Dirty, smelly linen which hadn't been washed, likely for a long time * very strong odour of human odour including urine.
Thick cigarette smoke in the apartment which affected or breathing - Jimmy brought an air purifier after we spoke to him which helped but didn't get rid of smell -it is a non-smoking room but the previous tenants didn't follow this rule
No top sheets, just a flat sheet and duvet
Air-conditioner in bedroom very loud rattle and in need of repair -lounge aircon worked well.
Lock on bathroom doesn't work.
Mattress very cheap with no support making it uncomfortable, difficult to sleep and back pain. Lounge also cheap with no support, and uncomfortable
Bathroom lock doesn't work.
- Ailin (10/5): It has been a wonderful experience staying at the city central location parking and 2 bed location, - The girls loved the warm spa and swimming pool, my wife loved the shopping especially the queen Victoria market and I just like the wide selection of eateries nearby. Jimmy was very helpful and informative. Everything was fine.
