Roberti (3/5): - During our stay the electricity was cut off to the entire apartment and we had no power for almost 24 hours of our stay. Hosts were inconsistent and repetitive in their response and advised they were unable to assist until the following day. When assistance did arrive from the building staff, it was very late at night and the power did not return until the following morning when we checked out. We spent the night in the completed darkness using only the torches on our phones. We were unable to charge our phones or use any of the facilities (such as the fridge, tv, etc). We have not yet received any compensation or refund for this.
