Hosts were quick to respond to questions. A bit hard accessing the lockbox from the mail box in the lobby. Written instructions (eg how many levels down to car park) as the video was a little difficult to follow whilst driving). Car parks had no number sequences either - very random numbering which was confusing.

Great communication from hosts. Carpark very useful. Bedroom with ensuite was the best space in summer. Really useful being able to wash clothes. Wifi worked well. Screens on two balcony doors were great so when the evening cooled down we could let on cool air. Clothes rack handy. Iron worked really well. Secure building. Good sized fridge. Freezer had a (small) ice tray. Overall quite a small apartment. Bedrooms fit beds and not a lot else. Got very hot, especially in the two bedrooms without air conditioning. The curtains are very thin in the main living space and don’t cover the whole window so there was no way to effectively block the very hot summer sun. Air conditioning in lounge room good for the two people on the couch, kind of cooled down the rest of the living/dining space but not that well in hot Canberra summer. TV was frustrating to use. Finally worked out how to use our phones to cast to the TV but then couldn’t use the phone at the same time (trying to watch the Australian Open. There were other channels such as BBC News but nothing local). No pegs for clothes rack. Cups don’t fit pod machine. Not many pods or tea bags supplied. The pool is not a pool, it’s a wading pool only and in another building. No screen on third balcony door so couldn’t really use it.

• Tony (5/5): Misleading photos and inadequate air conditioning - The property has a great location within walking distance of numerous shops and restaurants. It offers a dedicated parking space with easy access, laundry facilities, and a well-equipped kitchen with essentials. The listing photos are misleading - they show a pool on the balcony, but there is no pool (private) at the apartment, you have to actually go to another area completely (shared), which wasn't mentioned anywhere!! Additionally, the air conditioning is insufficient. There's only one AC unit in the master bedroom and one in the lounge area. The other two bedrooms don't get enough cool air, making them uncomfortably hot for sleeping during summer.

• Adrian (9/5): Good location, convenient and great option for a Family for a week’s stay in Canberra for the annual KANGA CUP tournamen - Property is very convenient and close to all amenities needed for a week long stay in Canberra, Coles for groceries and Brandon which is walkable for restaurants. There is a short walk to Northbourne Avenue to get the light rail. The Apartment is secure, well heated and equipped with Laundry/dryer, kitchen and cooking utensils, large fridge, oven, coffee pod machine, microwave which allows a flexibility to eat in or dine out. Having the options of 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms allows space enough for a family easily enough. There is WiFi available to use for streaming, work etc. Having one access Key is a bit inconvenient, the first time accessing the Key Locker can be confusing but the Accommodation Provider Aqua assists by providing YouTube videos to help you navigate to access the Key to the Apartment. Can be tricky when you have guests doing different things needing to leave or access the Apartment with only 1 Key. However to be fair this may be an issue with the Building as other Guests in Building 2 had the same issue with only 1 key.

Deck furniture perished , broken pot plants and furniture on deck. Apartment dirty ( dust over all surfaces ).

Great location, great fit for my family stay, everything was clean and tidy. Great views. Minor issue with the coach in the living room and one wobling chair is everything I can think about. Not essential at all for us.
• Pearce (9/5): Heart of Canberra. - We loved that it was so close to everything. Easy instructions on how to acquire the keys, the videos showing where the keys are and where to park. Easy to get to the apartment from the carpark. We would come back here again. The only thing that was uncomfortable was that only one room had ac. And during the day, in summer, it gets so hot even the ac in the lounge room struggled to keep the place cool. Other than that, they had everything on hand from a washing machine/dryer, kitchen appliances etc
• Megan (5/5): Great location but poorly maintained. - Location and parking Not very clean / broken furniture / only one room had an aircon and only one portable fan. Broken curtains and only one curtain so the afternoon sun was very harsh. Stated two keys available but after making the booking only allowed access to one with was very inconvenient.

Happy to come again. - We found it easy to find places to eat and there were many choices to pick from within walking distance. We liked the free parking as Canberra can be very expensive to park for the day/night. The unit was comfortable, quiet and suitable for our needs. Although there was a fire escape plan in the lobby, we felt there should be one in the unit as well, however the unit was fitted with smoke alarms. There are some minor repairs needed around the unit eg, one of the dining chairs was wobbly and the bench seat had screws missing from cross bar,while the fan in the ensuite bathroom did not appear to be working as the room filled with steam when showering. We reported the tear on the lounge to the owner, overall these things did not impact our stay. We were unable however to access free to air TV and there was no operating manual for the TV or the dishwasher, which would be helpful to clients.

When we arrived the neighbours had extremely loud music and were smoking outside which as soon as we opened the balcony door, it made the apartment smell like smoke. When we got back to the apartment at around 10 the noise had thankfully stopped.

• Nona (9/5): So far so good our stay very convenient the location near the shops CANBERRA CENTRE - We can bring and cook our own food though some cutleries are missing. I liked the 3 bedrooms with two bathrooms plus dish washer, washing machine and dyer. and quite in the lift and corridor. Would stay again next time with my friends and family. Cutleries are not enough for big family. Rice spoon is missing and cooking sauce pans have no lids. Should have double lock from inside for additional security during the night. Back of the sofa was broken and curtain rail was loose.

Bathroom vanity tap was leaking, curtains in lounge room kept falling down broken track. Key box hard to open and to low to reach without sitting on the cold concrete. Only one key for 6 adults.
• Grant (9/5): Superb - Very nice and clean. Nice view over the park and close to shops. Good value for money. Couple of very minor repairs needed. Like toilet would run until flushed a second time. Few marks on the walls and wind blows the grass around on the deck, But overall a wonderful place.

Was alittle difficult to get in initially but I hadn't seen video to access keys. The person texting me was very helpful though. Toilet in ensuite ran excess water but was fixed when button pressed it again.

The location is very central and close to a large shopping centre which was convenient for buying groceries etc. The kitchen was well equipped. The car park space was close to the lift and there were minimal stairs for my elderly father-in-law to negotiate. We were initially confused by the directions to the parking space, despite the excellent video provided by the host. However, the response time to our query was very prompt and helpful. A microwave safe larger container would have been useful, but that's the only thing we lacked in the kitchen.

• Mat (5/5): Disappointed - We gave the property a second chance after discucssing our concerns with the owner the 1st time we stayed. The apartment isnt cleaned properly the carpets hadnt been vacumed the sheets on the main bed had crinkles all the way through them, the tv doesnt work the aircon is useless and the bad smell in the apartment just topped it all off.
