• Barbara (7/5): Ideal location and great apartment, but a few things put a bit of a dampener on our stay - Great location and apartment Awful smell in guest bathroom/laundry and the very loud, rickety noise of the ceiling fans in bathrooms

• Sarah (1/5): Extremely disappointed - would not recommend - We were extremely disappointed in our stay at this property. There was no TV connected upon arrival at the property. After a TV antenna was delivered to the property (rabbit ears) we still only had one channel for our entire stay. The property was advertised as having a dishwasher (there was even dishwasher tablets left for us!) but there was no dishwasher at the property. There wasn't enough crockery for 4 guests we had to ask for this to be delivered to the property so that we could all eat dinner at the same time. I certainly would not recommend staying at this property at all. It is not value for money and I would certainly look elsewhere for an apartment with a working TV with all channels and a dishwasher.
• Silvia (7/5): Was lovely and convenient - The apartment was lovely and also air-conditioned. Great kitchen Had to kill cockraches, shower leaked, and balcony was dirty. But these were sort of minor things to a great stay.

• David (5/5): It was okay but the apartment smells. I recommend building maintenance investigate and rectify. - It was clean and close to the Gabba. I think there's a problem with the plumbing, either in the building or the apartment or both. There is a very strong odour in the apartment. We thought we could remove it by opening the doors and putting the ceiling fans and AC on but it didn't work.

• Lyn (10/5): Nice unit convenient location on south side of the river - Great location just off Annerly Road and easy walk to the Gabba Only one air conditioner in January a little challenging for sleeping
• Malcolm (6/5): The unit needs some maintenance done to do repairs to broken towel rails and noisy electric air vents. - The bathroom electric vents were very very noisy. Towel rails in both bathrooms were broken. There was no antennae connected to the tv, so we could not view local news channels or free tv.
