• Debra (8/5): - Very clean, 3br 3 bath which was great. Quiet location. Easy access from Freeway. Communication from Owner was good. Sparsely furnished. Upstairs living room empty, no furniture. No bedside lamps. Very little provisions. No milk or toiletries. No bathmats.

The property did not appear to be fully prepared as a rental accommodation, conveying the impression of a personal residence. The upper level was sparsely furnished, and the overall cleanliness was unsatisfactory.

• Scout (4/5): Disappointing - Newer, modern house. Lots of space. Not very clean. Lacking in amenities. It rained on the inside. Has water damage. Front steps are a safety hazard. The property overall needs some love and attention. A decent clean and repairs are needed.

• Sinead (10/5): Clean, comfortable, modern home in Highton - Communication with hosts was great, instructions were easy and everything very simple to use. The beds were really comfortable and the whole house was super clean. Really nice neighbourhood too. If I were to make a couple of very small suggestions, it would be to have some more towels available (including bath mats). A few more basic utensils would be good too because the kitchen is great (needs peeler, tongs, potato masher for example). A couple of tiny things and it would be perfect!

• Robyn (1/5): We decided not to stay as it didn’t meet our expectations. - We didn’t end up staying there as the place had not been cleaned. We would have had to wait 4 hour to be able to get in and we had only booked it for a night. It wasn’t cleaned before we got there, the grass out the back was 6 inches high. The bedroom upstairs was missing a blind and there was no furniture in the relaxing are up stairs.

Views were amazing and house has great access to local attractions and the beaches! 😊❤️ A few small things missing but have feedback to owner who was grateful. ☺️
