• Sami (9/5): Appartement parfait et bien situé - Logement tout simplement parfait. Très bien situé, proche du métro (moins de 5min à pieds) et moins de 20min à pied pour arriver aux principaux monuments à visiter. Appartement propre, très bien équipé et des lits super confortables ! Je recommande +++++ pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis.

• Richard (6/5): Near Victoria Station but a bit grotty. - Location near a park and close to Victoria Station. Ideally best to take Gatwick express and NOT the free cab that takes forever to get to the property from Gatwick. Has coffee machine and single travel sized tooth paste. Staff very good at getting bedding for the sofa which we had use because the smaller bed was two small for two. Had a kitchen but never used it - might have been ok for a simple meal. WiFi good. Easy to get access instructions. The larger bed was ok but we had no bedside lamps that worked. The smaller bed was really too small for 2 average sized adults. Overall cleanliness and decor could use a lot of improvement. No storage for mops that staff said had no place to be stored. Be VERY careful when you book to look at the correct property- one is larger than the other but the images are confusing.

• Laura (6/5): Average - Kitchen well equipped. Rather quiet neighbourhood. One of.the beds was broken and full of hair. The team tried to fix it, but not entirely successfully. Location ok, but far away of London buzz. At times the neighbourhood didint feel very safe.

• Dimple (8/5): - The apartment is very conveniently located to several sites as well as the train station. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and grocery stores nearby. The space was great for 2 of us to have our privacy. The only negative was there is no elevator so you do need to carry luggage up 2 to 3 flights upstairs which was not a problem for us, but could be for others

• Nuria (7/5): Apartamento muy bien ubicado para 4 personas - La ubicación muy buena, tenía la parada de metro de Pimlico muy cerca. El apartamento en general está bastante nuevo y la comunicación con el anfitrión fue buena y las explicaciones claras Fuimos 5 personas . El apartamento esta bien para 4 personas , pero la quinta , de no ser un niño pequeño , es inviable que pueda dormir en el sofá cama que hay en el salon. Es el sofa cama más incómodo que he visto en mi vida. Se trata de un sofá que se dobla el respaldo hacia abajo y se hace una cama, es decir se abre como un libro , pero queda en el medio una raja que lo hace tremendamente incómodo por más que pongan una especie de funda y sábana para intentar hacerlo más mullido. Aparte de esto , hacía muchísimo calor en el apartamento . Hablamos con el dueño y nos indicó cómo poner al mínimo el termostato, cosa que ya habíamos hecho nada más entrar en el piso. Se trata de una ruleta sin ningún tipo de misterio , como la que podemos tener cualquiera en nuestras casas para regular la temperatura o los grados de la calefacción. A pesar de bajarla al máximo, los radiadores seguían calientes, y en el caso del baño que no tiene ventana, la temperatura subía muchísimo después de 5 personas usando la ducha. Supongo que será una calefacción central de todo el edificio que no se puede apagar. Tuvimos que dormir con las ventanas abiertas oyendo el tráfico .

• Natina (10/5): - Die Lage ist perfekt, vieles kann man zu Fuß erreichen und Victoria Station ist nur 10 Min zu Fuß erreichbar. Einfach klasse. Sie haben alles mögliche gehabt damit wir nicht sofort einkaufen gehen müssten wie Duschgel, Shampoo und Küche mit Kaffee, Tee, Zucker, Öl und vieles mehr, sehr sehr schön ;-) Wir können sogar früher reinkommen, statt um 4pm um 3pm und sie haben unseren Gepäck bis 17 Uhr am letzten Tag aufgehoben. Ich war sehr dankbar. Sie haben sofort geantwortet und uns geholfen. Es war wirklich toll ;-)

Nous avons aimé le quartier et nous avons pu aller à pied pour visiter la ville et les alentours. Les bruits venant de la rue, notamment la nuit, les fenêtres pourraient être davantage insonorisées.

• Sunil Girdhari (10/5): Gran opción para viaje en familia o grupo grande. - La atención es muy buena. Gran cuidado del cliente. Le falta algo de mantenimiento, por ejemplo 1 silla tiene las patas rotas, la cama tiene la esquina hundida… son pequeños detalles que haría la experiencia todavía mejor.
• Ana M (10/5): Absolutely Great - El mejor apartamento de todo el viaje. Hermoso, cómodo, bien equipado, con detalles muy a lugar que hicieron nuestra estadía mucho más agradable. La ubicación espectacular, cerca a lugares turísticos importantes como el palacio de Buckingham y con tiendas, supermercados y restaurantes muy cerca. El host fue impecable, respondió siempre a tiempo las preguntas y dio solución inmediata a todo. Volvería sin pensarlo. Lo recomiendo 100% No hay queja alguna

• Howard (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect with very good bus services outside the door. The area is lively and has all the amenities you could want including two large supermarkets nearby. The flat was very spacious- for four people - very comfortable and impeccably clean. Generally well equipped ( lovely wine glasses!) Though a bit limited if you wanted to cook seriously. Thoroughly recommended. Nothingness I think 🤔
• Spencer (7/5): Goo dmix of location, value, and space. - It is difficult to find a 2 bedroom flat in London for a reasonable price. This unit is a nice mix of value, size, and location. This unit was clean and close to bus stops and tube stops. It had a nice living space. We were able to walk to Westminster Abbey and other sites. The neighborhood was safe. There are several grocery stores about 10 minutes away by foot. Communication with the rental agency was challenging, but that may be due to booking.com systems. The unit could use more space to unpack clothing.
• Tony (10/5): Exceptional - Location We booked for 7 and there was lack of toilet paper from the start but in fairness to the property we didn’t ask for more. Shower door leaked and water went everywhere.

• Manman (2/5): Quite disappointed. - Location The boiler did not work and we waited for a long time (over 3hours) until someone came to fix. The dishwasher was smelly and we couldn’t use. The stove took ages for warm up. Some hair were found on the bed. The bath tub was draining very slowly. The multi plug extension did not work and difficult to find other plug in the bedroom.
