- James (1/5): DO NOT STAY SCAM - There was nothing to like EDIT: we contacted multiple times which I will add to this review we also contacted booking.com and are working to get this host removed! We Emailed this supposed host as well! We added their phone number into pay id and this “host” has a different name we made multiple calls on mine, my partners phone and our friends phone. This isn’t the first bad review
We booked this apartment in good faith, but upon arrival the entire building was locked, closed, and in darkness. No representative was present to grant us access. We called the listed number dozens of times and sent multiple messages, all of which went unanswered. Eventually, our number was blocked altogether. Despite taking full payment, no accommodation was provided, leaving us stranded with young children. This experience was unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I strongly advise others not to book this property
UPDATE: We have finally received an outcome with Booking.com and were refunded for our booking. I strongly urge anyone reading this not to book here. This host will take your money, ignore your calls and messages, and leave you completely stranded.
We booked as a family two adults with two children under two and were ignored the entire time. They simply do not care. This is a scam. Please, for your own peace of mind, book elsewhere.
Booking.com has assured us that this case has been reported to their fraud and scam department, and we hope this listing will be removed soon.
- Olivia (10/5): My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights and we loved it. The place was clean, quiet and central to everything. My part - Great location - within walking distance to Crown which we loved! IGA within walking distance too and opened until late at night. Amazing view from apartment, we loved having the balcony!

- Cecilia (8/5): Great location and views! - Location was fantastic and close to what I needed More warm blankets needed.
- Katherine (1/5): Terrible, lack of service and communication - Nothing We booked this property, the stay was confirmed and the money was taken. We arrived at the property only for the front doors to be locked and no one at reception. I had to call the owners phone number 3 times before she answered, only to be told that she closes bookings/arrivals at 7pm and it was 8:30pm. None said this was told to us prior to booking and the money being paid. We had 2 tired, young children and we were stuck in inner Melbourne. Upset that we couldn't stay there for Mother's Day weekend, we drove home.
- Chitra (8/5): hectic - Location was good. Instructions given were very confusing, a map could have been better.
Also instructions for how to leave the keys were not very clear as well.
There were no instructions for how to use the washing machine; as we had to use the washing machine but the cycle did not finish till morning, so lot of time got wasted trying to make it work and job was still not done.
- Chontelle (8/5): Very good -
- Reece (10/5): Exceptional -
- Linda (9/5): Superb - Location was perfect! Tram stop a few minutes walk away. It's inside the free tram zone if you're going to the city. 2 bathrooms were a bonus. Very comfortable. Will definitely stay there again. A couple of things need fixing but overall was very good

- Kevin (9/5): Very convenient from a location viewpoint and thought pricing was reasonable. - I liked that the owner did give a lot of instructional help to work through the getting keys and parking process.
- Ben (4/5): Disappointing. - The location was walking distance to Southbank restaurants and crown Casino The apartment was tiny, grubby, and had an unusual smell. It really needs some maintenance. The instructions to gain access to the building were quite confusing because they were all out of order. oh, and there was mould in the bathroom above the basin and the toilet seat was about to fall off.
- Kin (7/5): Great location, simple improvements will make it a great place - Great location in South Melbourne. It is a short walk (8 mins) to the free tram zone, and an easy walk to south melbourne central (restaurants, woolies and aldi). The washing machine did not work, and there were insufficient crockeries / utensils (eg no dish drying cloths or dish dryer)
- Dinesh (8/5): Very good -
- Pamela (8/5): Near amenities and tram stops. - Great location. Near tram stops, cafes, restaurants, Crown Casino and DFO. It has washer/dryer, dishwasher and free parking. There was a funny smell when we entered the property. The kitchen towel provided smells and feels like there’s cooking oil residue in it. Otherwise, we still would want to stay here next time we visit Melbourne.

- Christopher (8/5): Great views and location - The convenience to the convention centre and local IGA. The views were great, and the place feels homely and comfy. A nice big TV to relax in front of and comfy beds and new facilities, like iron and board. There is a laundry inside, and the kitchen is well appointed. The host was friendly and polite. They were on the job, and it seemed 24/7, so I did not feel that I could not reach them at any point if I needed to(which I did not need to) Some small things that needed repair. It is not surprising given the use of so many people. Also, the host has to be told about things, and I do not think the previous guests were forthcoming.

- Sarit (9/5): Stunning views of Melbourne - amazing views, nicely furnished, very clean and great communication from host. nothing big but would be good to have tea and coffee making facilities. usually there are tea bags, coffee sachets and milk.
- Susan (4/5): NEVE AGAIN - Close to Melbourne trams and train. Only minutes to the city and very close to Crown Casino Never having stayed at an accommodation building that does not have a reception area, i didn't realise i was supposed sit my by computer and await instructions on how to access the building. Upon arrival i rang the number provided and was instructed to walk down from the building????? find a large lock and put in code and press the black button??? this took about five minutes of explanation. The black button?? would not open the lock. Many text, photos and videos later and extreme frustration as it was freezing cold. Finally i retrieved the keys. No room number or pass codes so MORE phone calls and text. The car park entrance is at the back of the building down a lane way. No signage, no description of the gate your looking for. Upon leaving from our stay we received a text message with instructions to leave the keys on the bench when leaving the accommodation. Not you need to take your key as you need this to access your car, drive to the front of the building. Take the keys back to your room to leave on the bench and then proceeds to leave. NEVER AGAIN
