• Caroline (7/5): Would stay there again for sure! - Nice convenient location. There was a coffee machine but no coffee. Only decaf. This is my only complaint. Also, every time we opened the door to our car, we would get cedar tree needles in our shopping bags, making a mess in the suite. Sorry about that, but there wasn't alot of room to walk.

• Bailey (10/5): Cutest property, cozy and has everything you need! - Loved the space, had everything we needed to cook meals at home. Cute rooms, comfy beds, deep tub for baths. Excellent location, adorable back yard we went through made the space feel very private and clear communication from Minoj in the lead up to our stay. Nothing I can think of, everything exceeded our expectations.

• Canagasabey (8/5): Very good - The owner sent me the code to open the key box well in advance and it was smooth and easy to open it. The entrance is at the back and in the nights it is difficult and need a flash light. They have a motion sensing light but it comes on a bit late. There was no electrical outlet in the washroom.

• Nadine (4/5): If you're looking for comfortable and quiet, this isn't the place you want to stay - A not so friendly dog may charge at you as you enter the gate. thankfully a boy grabbed it. Renovations being done till after 8pm, that's when I asked when it would stop. Big clump of black hair in bigger bed and both beds hard and uncomfortable. Second night was quieter until a loud furnace?? came on, woke me up and was blowing cold air on my head. No cable, so if you don't have You tube or Netflix you're SOL. The final kicker is having to dispose of your own garbage/recyclables and put your used towels in the laundry bin.

• Dorothy (10/5): 100%....would stay again and again..dont miss this property if you are in the area... - This property was super clean...had everything a person would need...probably one of the best properties I have stayed at...I use booking.com alot...owners take great pride in this property. The only one little tiny thing would be the sliding glass door...but this was such a small not like it did not really matter.

• Rory (8/5): Just what we needed to have our own space and be close to family. - Quiet and spacious fully equipped 2 bedroom basement apartment which gave us all we needed while visiting family in the area. Bit noisy from flooring above at times but nothing that would stop us using this place again.
• Dorothy (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice hosts. This is the cleanest place we have ever stayed at before. The separate enterance is well lit automatically when you walk along the house. It's easy to make a meal here because they have everything you need in the kitchen, ie rice cooker, good knives. Convenient location. Doesn't feel like a basement apartment.

The location is nice and central and the unit is clean, modern and has everything you could possibly need. And it is nice and quiet as well. The back yard is a little noisy being close to a main road but this wasn't actually a big issue for us as we were out and about for most of our stay.

• Alayna (10/5): Great little spot! - The beds were so comfy. I also liked that the hosts were available if we needed anything, but they kept to themselves. The lock stuck a little on the entrance to the suite, but we learned how to best maneuver that and it was a non-issue. The tub was also a little tricky to get into but the extra hand rails made it easy to get in and out of!

• Karen (8/5): If the property owners can remedy the bathtub concern, I would certainly reserve there again. - I rented these accommodations for visiting family. The only thing they complained about was the bathtub. My niece is 7 months pregnant and my nephew just had knee surgery. They said there was a high step up to get into the bathtub and a significant drop into the tub, with no rails or anything to hold onto and getting out meant stepping onto a slippery step, again with nothing to hold onto. Although the property is not advertised at being handicapped accessible, I think the bathtub is a concern for regular people as well. Although no one was hurt, all three guests said that getting in and out of the battub was really dangerous for them.
• Cheryl (7/5): Good location, near amenities, great parking. - The space is very nice and well appointed. The tub/shower is very difficult to manage for a senior citizen due to its high step and ledge with no bar. My 83 year old mom was not able to navigate it and had to shower elsewhere. Also she enjoys local tv but they only had chrome cast for streaming services which we did not have.
