Unul din dormitoare da spre un restaurant libanez. Nu poti aerisi. Alarma de gaz pornea de cate ori porneai ceva electric in bucatarie. Uscatorul de par nu se potrivește cu priza. Cladirea era in renovare. Lifrul orpit, pe scari era numai tencuiala cazuta, atat de multa ca nu puteai cobori. Bar de gay pe strada, deloc zona prin care sa treci cu copilul
• Brandon (2/5): Absolute Worst Experience - Do Not Book - The modern design of the bedrooms and the location. Where do I begin with this place? This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. It started with check-in—the instructions were unclear, inaccurate, and difficult to follow. I even asked people living in the building for help, and they struggled to make sense of it too. After finally gaining access to the building, the directions said to go to the 3rd floor and use the lockbox. I tried, but it wouldn’t open. I reached out to the host explaining I couldn’t get in. They asked me to send a video and photos of the apartment door, which I did. More than an hour later, someone finally arrived. He went straight to the 4th floor—turns out the instructions were wrong. He opened the box but was visibly annoyed, spoke to me with an aggressive tone, and started cussing in Italian. The next day, the electricity went out. We contacted the host for help, and instead of sending someone, they gave us vague instructions directing us to a dark, creepy catacomb of a basement—essentially asking us to fix it ourselves. Once again, their directions were confusing, and we wasted a lot of time trying to figure things out on our own. Eventually, we located the power switch for our apartment and got the electricity back, but then the AC stopped working. We reached out again, asking them to come fix it. Instead, they did absolutely nothing—just sent another round of useless instructions that didn’t solve the problem. As if things couldn’t get worse, we returned from a night out and found the front door to the building completely jammed. We were stuck on the street and informed the host, but—no surprise—they didn’t respond or offer any help. Another couple staying there arrived and ended up kicking the door open to get inside. Unfortunately, just as we got in, with our luck, our keys slipped through a small hole beneath the door, leaving us completely locked out. We called and messaged multiple times—again, no reply. Not that night, not even the next morning.

• Adrian (8/5): Clean, well- located apartment - Great location, 2 minutes walk to metro stop, straight into the centre. Surprisingly quiet as road outside buzzes with daily and evening activity. Plenty of restaurants around the streets close to apartment. Everything was spotless, bed linen, towels. Well equipped kitchen. Although you do not meet anyone, when I asked for information/help,, the response was quick by WhatsApp. Sadly, two interior door handles were broken. They came off in your hand, simple fix. One bedroom shutter had a broken handle and the other bedroom shutter handle was close to coming off. This is a smart apartment, run by a business. But attention to detail on a couple of things lacking. Altogether a good apartment. Also, be aware, there is a lot of decorating and renovation going on in hallway. Dangerous to get past and my wife fell and got plaster over her new boots. The workmen were very kind but still be careful as renovations will be going on for a while.
• Polina (10/5): A perfect place to stay in Milan - A very clean, up-to-date and newly renovated apartment. We really enjoyed staying there and we will definitely choose the place again once we are back to Milan.
