- Daniele (6/5): - Posizione perfetta per godersi a piedi la splendida città di Napoli. La signora che si occupa delle pulizie è veramente molto gentile e disponibile. Ho avvisato la struttura di un possibile arrivo intorno alle 23:00/00:00 con largo anticipo (2 giorni prima). In primis la mia richiesta è stata rifiutata e liquidata con un secco "gentile cliente, la nostra reception chiude alle ore 20:00! cordiali saluti" In secundis ho provato a far capire alla struttura che non potevo anticipare treno ed orario d'arrivo e solo allora mi è stato comunicata la possibilità di effettuare un late check-in al costo di 40€. Non avendo altre possibilità, a sole 24 ore dal soggiorno, ho accettato di pagare la cifra richiesta per non incombere in altri problemi Pago la cifra seguendo le indicazioni inviate su whatsapp e subito dopo ricevo un codice elettronico per entrare in camera. Ora io mi chiedo: ma la logica di far pagare 40€ in più per un late check-in se poi arrivati alla struttura non c'è nessuno staff che accoglie gli ospiti qual è? Se la prenotazione prevede l'ingresso in camera già nel primo pomeriggio ma per svariati motivi una persona non riesce ad arrivare in tempo perdendo di conseguenza ore di soggiorno, perché bisogna accanirsi sulla clientela con strategie poco logiche e corrette?

Alors c’est la première fois que cela m’arrive mais j’ai payé 2 chambres quand j’ai réservé, une fois payé il faut payer 200€ pour la caution, sur le récapitulatif du mail l’adresse de l’hôtel! Et non, une fois à cette adresse une personne nous envoie chier car plein de personnes viennent l’embêter, donc on a du constater l’établissement qui nous a donné sont adresse 10 min a pied et nous donne l’adresse de la chambre qui est encore à 10min… j’ose pas imaginer des personnes avec des bagages et d’un certain âge. Autrement le personnel est aimable bravo à eux car ils doivent subir pas mal de mécontentement.

- Chris (1/5): Terrible Stay. Don't Book with ClaPa Group! - Location was close to a metro station. We had to go to a different location to check in to our room. The staff at check in was awful. Not helpful at all. We asked questions and the clerk crossed her arms and just shrugged. She was totally unwilling to help. There was no map to the property. We were supposed to figure it out on our own with no assistance. The entrance to the room was through a tiny cubbyhole in a graffiti covered door and then through a garage. The room was very small and unpleasant. The shower leaked water in the bathroom. Very, very unpleasant stay. We'll never use ClaPa group again!

Avevo scritto di poter fare il check in tardivo (che già costa 40€ in più) ma mi è stato negato solo perché non lho pagato anticipatamente. Mi sono ritrovata a Napoli alle 23:45 davanti la reception CHIUSA, NESSUNO REPERIBILE, NESSUNO ALL'ALLOGGIO. Ho dovuto fare un giro di telefonate e alla fine alloggiare in un hotel (ovviamente ad un prezzo elevato) per non rimanere in mezzo alla strada. L'unica cosa buona che ha è la posizione! Ma in zona si trova di meglio

- Giuseppe Minucci (1/5): - Posizione Check in lento, lontano dall'alloggio e con personale non adeguato, in particolare una signora molto scontrosa e con atteggiamento intimidatorio. 200 euro di cauzione è folle e totalmente sproporzionato rispetto le condizioni della camera, ancora più folle avere il rimborso dopo 30 giorni La camera presentava numerosi difetti in particolare in ambito dei sanitari Doccia, bidet e lavandino avevano il medesimo problema, erano sprovvisti di soffiatore e l'acqua schizzava dappertutto. Il wc aveva una ricarica veramente molto lenta, se una persona va in bagno e scarica deve aspettare almeno 30 minuti prima di provare a riscaricare. Problema evidente anche riguardo la sicurezza, lo scaldino per l'acqua elettrico aveva la presa vicinissima al lavandino e come già detto l'acqua schizzava ovunque. Lo scaldino è piccolo e si può fare una doccia soltanto poi l'acqua calda termina subito. Le mura della camera sono sporche e a tratti senza pittura. Non c'è nessuna tenda per coprire la finestra e sei costretto a chiuderla. Non c'è nessun impianto di riscaldamento, solo un condizionatore che funziona male ed è da riguardare. La camera è praticamente fatta in pallet ed è sprovvista di qualsiasi tipo di cassetto se non un piccolo armadio a muro dove appendere pochi capi di abbigliamento. Il B&B (così viene dichiarato) ha l'obbligo di offrire la prima colazione, qui ne era sprovvisto. Non vi era presente nessuna persona all'interno della struttura, in qualsiasi orario La tassa di soggiorno si paga solo ed esclusicamente in contanti

Polvere ovunque, per chi è allergico, passa la notte a tossire. Un po' di pulizia in più non farebbe male e magari un po' di manutenzione...crepe abbastanza evidenti ovunque sia in camera che in bagno. Direi che non ci torno più.

Per il check-in dopo le 21:30 mi hanno chiesto 40 euro di supplemento. Tutto ciò solo per mandarmi un codice via whatsapp. Se fossi arrivato prima, sarei dovuto andare fino a via de Gasperi, in tutt’altra zona, sempre per farmi dare un codice che possono darmi tranquillamente su whatsapp. Tutto ciò non è scritto su Booking, quindi lo sventurato che prenota poi si ritrova questa bella sorpresa a sua insaputa. Peccato perché la struttura è carina e funzionale (però anche lì ci vorrebbero delle migliorie: muffa sul tetto e la porta del bagno rotta, sono anche rimasto chiuso in bagno e non sapevo come uscire) e la posizione ottima

- Selin (1/5): Bad - I stayed in your hotel at 12-13 January 2024. It has been 30 business days since I made the deposit to the hotel. The money has still not been deposited into the credit card.
- Ármin (6/5): The location is great, however, some of the room's appliances are malfunctioning - The location was very good, about one minute from a stop on Metro Line 1. The doors opened with a code lock, so we did not have to carry a key. The room looked nice and spacious. Upon our arrival in the late afternoon, we promptly identified two significant issues. Firstly, the toilet was not functioning correctly, and the air conditioning unit, which served as the room's sole heating source, was entirely inoperative, making the room rather chilly in January. We contacted reception, who assured us that assistance would arrive within 15–30 minutes; however, we ultimately waited for an hour and a half. During this time, I managed to resolve the toilet issue. When the maintenance personnel finally arrived, they attempted to repair the air conditioning unit, but it continued to produce only lukewarm air, even when set to 27°C. While bearable, this was far from ideal. Also be aware that a €200 deposit is required upon arrival, a detail that is not too clearly disclosed during the booking process.

The 200 euro security deposit requested was unexpected and never done before on Booking, furthermore very exaggerated for a one night stay. The security deposit was never returned even after many calls and emails and requests. At the end it was booking customer service that refunded the deposit the Clapa group never gave back the 200 euro and never answered the many requests.

BEWARE Good location and the room was fairly big - I chose to check in online and in order to walk inside the building, you have to give them 200+€ (online in my case) as a deposit which THEY WILL TRY TO KEEP, still haven't got my money back a month later - check in hours are extremely strict, I arrived in Napoli at 13.30 and couldn't try to do the check in online until after 15.00 - it took me 1 hour to check in, which I spent in the street on my phone in front of what I thought was my building, so I finally walked in the room after 16.00 - it was NOT my building, since on booking.com the address is different from those of the rooms, so I had to walk to another building once I managed to check in. By the way, I had asked for the address multiple times and they did not give it to me before check in - once I finally got in the room, there were no towels and no wardrobe, they finally brought the towels one hour after I asked - in the room there is a sign stating that you will get free luggage deposit if you leave a "beautiful review"

- Kalliopi (8/5): A value for money place to stay. - Really close to the city centre and generally to everything a tourist would like to explore. Easy access to everything so the location saves you a lot of time. In general it’s a vfm place to stay with some basic accommodations. If someone wants to explore and needs an affordable place to crush at night this one is an optimal solution. Also all the information we needed was provided multiple times by the reception by many different means of communication (emails, messages through the app we booked etc) which was really helpful. The little fridge and the hair dryer were a life saver and helped a lot and also the a/c was also working perfectly making the hot days bare-able. Instructions about all the electronics in the room were (tv, a/c) also provided along with easy and free WiFi access. The cleaning is not really thorough. The bed and bedsheets were ok but we found bits of nails from nail clipping on one of the bed sides (an amount that couldn’t pass unseen and literally side to side cutting). Also the headboard was dusty from the day we checked in until our check out. Generally ok but some things can be improved cleaning-wise. (The cleaning lady super polite though!) The room had some small damages from previous costumers (for example bits of wall paint worn off) but nothing that will make your stay there unpleasant.

Why not giving this only adress before giving the final destination to the user instead of confusing adress where It is not exaclty where you submit the hotel you wanted. This is not acceptable.

- Reza (1/5): Bad - Before booking this property BE AWARE: 1. You need CREDIT Card to pay the deposit of €200 (info is hidden in "important information" which is not clearly visible while booking. 2. You need to get first to their office for check in and then walk/taxi to your room 1-1.5 km (you only know it with their message AFTER you made your booking). BE AWARE to check your card statement to get back your deposit - they say/it is written you will get it within 14 days, BUT in reality in my case they tried to get away with it not answering my messages after I haven't got my money back within 60 days. If you have similar problem - don't waste your time - get Booking.com in action to get your money back. I have not get my money back yet
- André (1/5): They will STEAL your money! Stay away! SCAM! - Nothing Rude staff. 20 min walk from check-in to property. Charged my card without authorization. Took a 200€ deposit and only returned it 3 months later because I kept pressuring Booking for those 3 months. Lied about having issued the refund multiple times. Booking had to get involved. Because they charged the deposit on a Credit Card I incurred credit charges due to their unwillingness to return the deposit (they didn't leave the deposit on pending, they processed it, then refused to refund). They have a history of scamming people's deposits, just look at google and tripadvisor reviews.

- Victor (1/5): company seem to have misplaced their sense of hospitality - location staff was nonchalant and really not welcoming at checkout and when i had an issue with access code later when i warned about a major leakage in the bathroom and they simply didn’t care the quilt smelled terrible

- Antoine (4/5): Good location but holding a deposit of 200€ for 30 days after the stay is way too much. - Good location I wasn’t aware that there was a deposit of 200€ that is held for 30 days after your stay. The electronic system to gain access to the property requires internet which has to be taken in account with roaming fees when abroad.
- Pascal (2/5): Very poor - Contrary to the reception's promise, the €200 deposit was charged to the card and not returned after 14 working days. The money could only be refunded two months later through a complaint to the credit card company.
- F (3/5): Great location but nothing more - The property is in a great location, just outside Dante metro stop. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Sheets came off and you could see the mattress. There were only 2 pillows and one light duvet and we got cold at night. Material was cheap so overall not comfortable. Have not seen any staff as check in is on line. Nothing in the minibar. You need to pay a deposit of 200 euro, which is exaggerated for one night. They collect the deposit and they will give back to you after 15 days if paid by credit card and 30 days if paid with debit card. This information is in the ‘important information’ section but was non in the general term & condition. Again, a bit of an exaggeration if you are stayng for 1 nights. They called it suite but really looks like an old private host room

There was absolutely no reason to go to a different location to check in first (requested by the property), as we received all the information online and the doors are with passcodes - no physical keys needed, so we just wasted our time on that. The room was very noisy - both the other guests and the staff were slaming doors like crazy after 11:00PM and before 07:00AM. That was the most frustrating part! The room was smaller than expected and had no backyard (listed in the info).

We've got different room in different place - we were not asked if we would agree with it. 4. BE AWARE to check your card statement to get back your deposit - they say/it is written you will get it within 14 days, BUT in reality in my case they tried to get away with it not answering my messages after I haven't got my money back within 40 days. If you have similar problem - don't waste your time - get Booking.com in action to get your money back. I finally have got it back after 60 DAYS and 10-15 messages and bunch of phone calls. 5. BE AWARE that (some) of their extremely positive reviews most probably are written in exchange of free bag deposit. (see photo and read other real comments). SUMMARY: taking in mind disadvantages like distant check in procedure and their dishonest way dealing with deposit (which is also rather strange for booking one night room) - there are similar options for the same money WITHOUT problems described here above.
