• Anza (1/5): - Seul point positif : l’emplacement. Logement plus que décevant! Propreté des lieux et équipement plus qu'insatisfaisant. Equipements: poignet de porte extérieure de la chambre cassé, canapé lit non fixé,, vaisselle manquante (2 fourchettes pour 4 par exemple, intérieur du micro-ondes brulé, disfonctionnement de la TV, etc.... Aucun retour de l’établissement malgré deux messages, ni du service client de Booking..
• Grace (3/5): Very very basic - Towels were wet so couldn’t be used (and are not big enough). Pillows on the bed are small and flat. No shower gel or shampoo provided. No cutlery provided. Lights not working in kitchen. Door handle falling off bedroom door. Had asked for couch bed to be made up and it was not. The sheets for the couch do not even fit it. Host did not reply to my message.
• Eva (1/5): Propriétaire qui laisse une famille avec un bébé dans le froid - Rien puisque je n’y ai pas eu accès Nous sommes arrivés vers 21h30 (heure que j’avais indiquée par ailleurs). L’entrée se fait par une boîte à clés qui ne s’est jamais ouverte. Nous avons tenté de contacter l’établissement en vain, tout comme le service client booking qui absolument inefficace par ailleurs. Nous avons donc patienté 2 h, dans la nuit, le froid et la pluie avec notre bébé de 16 mois, pour recevoir un vulgaire mail de booking qui nous dit de nous débrouiller à trouver un autre logement (à 23h30!). Le propriétaire a voulu me contacter plus de 12h après… c’est tout bonnement inacceptable

• Janick (8/5): Apparemment très bien situé dans un bâtiment moderne. Localisation stratégique pour les transports et pour faire des cou - Appartement situé à 1 minute à pieds d’un Lidl et 4 minutes à pieds de la station Stockwell. Cette station est sur la Victoria Line (ligne de métro stratégique qui permet d’aller partout très rapidement ). Proche d’une route (les pompiers et les voitures de polices avec les sirènes sont très perceptibles)
• Guillaume (7/5): Bon sejour - There wasn’t enough cuttlery, for example juste two glasses for 4 persons…
• Ilze (3/5): As a host myself I can say very much disappointing - The only good thing was location. It was only 12C degrees in the apartment when we arrived in the evening (outside 2C) with small child it was a shock - extremely cold. Reservation was for 3 nights and we were in despair. The host didn’t respond from the start, only when Booking.com administrator was involved. Host arranged a technician for video call to solve this, however only partly as the technician came next day to finish it on spot. After 3-4 hours of arrival temperature reached 16,8C. Communication with host was unprofessional - when I asked for option to cancel rest of the 2 nights to find warmer place, he refused to return the money complaining he paid a lot to the technician for video call solving the heating problem. He even claim other guests don’t ask for heating at all. Very unpleasant person. Money above guest satisfaction for sure. There are no kitchen utensils if you want to cook, not enough dishes and table accessories, no kitchen towels and tablets for dishwasher. In bathroom no shampoo. Apartment was not clean, crumbs and stains on the carpet, those few dishes needed to be washed before use.
• Maksims (1/5): Booked another place at my own expense so that my family wouldn't suffer anymore. - Close to the Tube. Relatively quiet (though windows are street-facing, maybe we were lucky). 1. No heating and no hot water. A puddle below one of the radiators. Boiler would not turn on. And we are a family with children. 2. Highly unhelpful host. The heating problem had been reported to host immediately (around 7:30 PM on Thursday), contacted Booking.com support after 2 hours of silence, the host replied at 3 AM. Next day we were chatting a message every couple of hours. After around 20 hours of going back and forth (Friday afternoon) I just booked another property at my own expense. The host refused to refund the remaining 4 nights of stay. 3. No towels in the bathroom. We found them inside the washing machine. Some - with stains. No toiletry (was advertised). Looked like cleaning was stopped halfway. 4. Some of the furniture seen better days with paint chipping off. Marks and scratches on the walls. Stains inside cupboards. Black floor lamp above the table is barely standing. 5. Scaffolding behind the windows, the hall's floor covered with a film and fresh paint smell. The building is apparently under refurbishment. Did not bother us too much but worth knowing if planning to stay inside during working hours.
• Tsakiridis (9/5): Superb - The apartment is new and it is very comfortable even for a familly of four (4) adults. The furniture and the electric devices are also new and covers the needs of the guests. The location is very close to the tube station and there is a supermarket on the Ground Floor of the Building. The communication with the owner was also perfect and he is very hospitable to his guests.

• Carmen (10/5): Exceptional - Big enough to host 4 of us, very close to the metro, buses and Lidl. Very nice neighborhood, 20 min from Victoria Station. All amenities, comfy and warm.
