• L (9/5): Sea breeze is a lovely, large, light, well-located, good value delight! - Sea breeze is a lovely, large, light delight! It was perfect for us - with 5 bedrooms, two lounge rooms, two bathrooms, a huge block, and near the lovely historic town, we were able to spend lovely time together and more spread out, and it was very relaxing! It was all great.

• Carol (8/5): The stay was great, lovely view, very comfortable beds. - na The stove was hard to work out. The ensuite shower didn't have any hot water. Dining chairs are vey uncomfortable.
• Brooke (6/5): Great potential but needs better maintaining. - Easy booking process, good layout, plenty of storage and beautiful grassed area! A few things didn’t work which put a dampener on our stay. One of the two showers couldn’t be used as it wouldn’t stay warm (either full hot or full cold water). The spa bath jets didn’t work. The toaster didn’t stay down. It would’ve been nice to have extra blanket on each bed for the cold nights instead of having to use the ducted heating.

• Albert (9/5): - Great location, unfortunately did not make it to the beach so can't comment on ease of access. Nice space, accommodating all guests. Comfortable beds. Having ducted air and split system was nice. Nice view of the ocean. Very minor things - water pressure on showers were weak, adjusting to right water temp was tricky. Couch back on chaise was broken so could not sit all the way back on it. The raised metal lip on where the carpet and tiled areas came together caught a few of us off guard when we stepped on it.
• Mason (10/5): An amazing, family-friendly stay in a perfect location with everything we could possibly need. - The house was absolutely spotless and had so much space, perfect for a family. The amenities were fully equipped with everything we needed, and the yard was huge, giving the kids plenty of room to run around and enjoy watching the steam train pass by each day, which was such a lovely bonus. We loved being able to walk to the main street and the beach every day, it was a beautiful, easy stroll and made the location even more special. This is definitely one of the best places we’ve stayed. The location, cleanliness, space, and thoughtful setup made it a standout. Reece was also fantastic to deal with — friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again. There is truly nothing we didn't like.

• Ali (9/5): It was able to accommodate all of us well and had a fantastic view. - The view was exceptional. It accommodated all 10 guests comfortably and the outside area had green grass that we could use. Booking was easy and Reece responded to questions promptly. It was a great house for the kids. There were some ants that we had to spray in the main bathroom.
• Judith (10/5): Our family of 6 loved our stay here with its stunning views of the sea and we even watched the cockle train passing thro - Stunning views, close to cafes and shops, prime position, clean and plenty of room for our family of 6. The bins were pretty full and very smelly.

• Karen (10/5): - Fabulous property for large family or group. Well stocked and has everything you need, very comfortable. Location is outstanding and views are spectacular. Higher recomend this property and great communication from owner. 10 out of 10 Not much to unlike but towels could have been softer and oven needs a clean, very minor.

• Tracey (10/5): The most relaxing holiday i have had in a long time - we all loved it - The home is fantastic it is spotless, spacious and we loved our stay there The bedrooms are big and beds very comfortable. The kitchen is a cooks dream (and we were lucky to have one with us) the 2 lounge areas provided space to do your own thing. Outdoors area looking at bay is very relaxing. I would recommend this home to families and groups of friends Instructions for use of stove and cook top would have been good- lucky we had someone who had used induction before

• Nelson (10/5): Loved the house - already planning our next stay! - We’ve just had a fantastic girls weekend staying at Sea Breeze and are already making plans to return in winter so we can cosy up by the fire and enjoy the incredible views. Everything has been thought of to truly make this a home away from home - especially loved the houseplants everywhere. The house is clean, spacious and the beds are super comfy. • Julie (7/5): Would be lovely if it was clean. - Definitely spacious and in a great location. Kitchen is well equipped I spent the 2 nights here fighting the urge to clean. Cleanliness was lacking in very obvious ways. Smeared windows and glass doors (many kids handprints) with marks and smudges. Any shiny surfaces (fridge, oven, backsplash, dishwasher) were covered in smears and hand marks, obviously not.cleaned in a while. Bench tops and kitchen cabinets also not clean (easy to see greasy marks) and under beds/sofas etc pretty dirty. Places like door edges and handles and light switches had dirt from general use and are obviously never wiped. Really let the place down. The poor houseplants were as dry as a bone and the freezer’s ice drawer needed to be defrosted and cleaned as the ice inside had previously melted and refrozen and there was dirt in the ice. There was also a previous guests food in the freezer. A lack of ambient lighting such as lamps, 2 bedrooms had none at all. The place felt a little uncared for and it really wouldn’t take much to elevate it to a lovely holiday home. Either the cleaner isn’t doing a good job and the owner is unaware, or there is a general lack of care for the place, which also seems a little dated in areas like bathrooms and the windows (one window jammed open and we had to contact the owner).
• Indeewara (9/5): Very relaxing, spacious & Fabulous views - Fabulous views of the beach and bay from the property (kitchen, bedroom and lounge) that is very pleasing to eyes and mind. Peaceful location and the property is very spacious. It was clean and the host was responsive. Nicely renovated property. Close to beach and small town of port Elliot. Everything was functional and great place to relax on a weekend with family and friends. Just a suggestion. It’s good to have a slide and some basic play equipment in the large garden which keep young children entertained

• Lanyeeoh (8/5): Spacious house with panoramic views - Panoramic views, well stocked kitchen and nicely furnished. The oven and floors were a bit dirty but it was otherwise fine. Towels and linen feel hard. The house is enormous but only one split system air conditioner was working. The bedrooms are not air conditioned (only the living areas are air conditioned with split system). The house was already quite warm and it was not summer when we stayed here.

• Diane (10/5): Exceptional - What a delightful quiet place for 3 nights from the city life. Well equipped with everything you needed. Located in Port Elliot & very central to Victor Harbor & Goolwa. Relax & enjoy the sun come up across the ocean view. Plenty of space for a couple or a large family. We will return.
• Sunil (8/5): Comfortable stay in a beautiful house facing lovely ocean views. - The location was fantastic with great views of the coast and the cockle train steaming past. The house itself was quite comfortable and spacious. The hot water was not sufficient for the 10 of us on one night and a few kids had to shower in freezing cold water. One electric circuit that the microwave was on kept tripping and we had to push it back up a few times.

• Edwina (10/5): Peaceful home away from home with bonus view. - Sea Breeze is the perfect stay for large families or groups as there’s plenty of room with 5 bedrooms, a huge kitchen, 2 spacious living areas and 2 bathrooms. The house is located on a huge block giving you a feeling of privacy as well as providing a magnificent view to the ocean. We were very impressed with all the extras that were included like multiple coffee pods, glad wrap, foil, salt, pepper, sauce, honey, oil, paper towel, tissues and enough toilet paper for our visit. The kitchen was well equipped, the lounges very comfortable as were the beds. The covered outdoor area at the front of the house had a BBQ and under cover seating plus some games and had a magnificent view to the ocean. Being on a larger block, and a short distance (walking) from the centre of Port Elliot the property had a very peaceful feel. The owners were only too happy to answer questions and provide anything we needed to make our stay comfortable.
