- Anthony (6/5): Great location but the maintenance on the room lets it down. - The Beach Club is awesome with great pools and location. We have stayed there before. The main room was nice and comfortable. Kids loved the Wifi and the excellent TV. Balcony to the Serenity pool was a great calm view. The ensuite bathroom door did not close properly and looked to have been broken for quite some time with amateur fixes in place. You would not have privacy when on the toilet. The toilet was also leaking. The apartment is advertised as a "penthouse" but the top level was dirty and unpleasant with a lot of black mould. We did not spend any time there. It should be removed as a feature. There was also large patches of black mould on the roof near the kitchen which was unhygenic.

The facilities including the main pool, and the tranquil pool were fantastic. The property was clean and well kept. The breakfast was very good, and had an excellent choice of food. The location to the shops and restaurant along the street was good. The pool bar was good. The room was spacious, and comfortable and very clean. The clothes horse for drying clothes in the room, was broken, so it was a bit difficult to hang a lot of towels or clothes on it.

High chair could do with being replaced with a much easier to clean one (ikea, target. Kmart one). Washing machine needs maintenance, had mildew inside so couldn’t be used.

Very responsive and thoughtful hosts - they had thought of everything including a pantry full of basics, high quality products and everything you need for the family including travel cot, high chair, beach toys and even nappies! The apartment was spacious and modern with lovely design touches. A very relaxing place to stay! Nothing!
