• Melissa (6/5): Overall good , as it was spacious and close to an underground station and - The property was very spacious and comfortable for 4 adults with 3 children aged 4-9, however it seemed that the property was not cleaned before our arrival, we moved the beds to adjust them for the children and it was very dirty . There was no luggage storage available for us to use after checking out which was at 11 am so for an evening return flight this property is not ideal at all. When asked the landlord for suggestions he was not very helpful, very short and limited communication.
• Donna (8/5): Lovely place and great location outside central london - There's parking available at the property. The flat was spacious with kitchen utensills and tableware. Heating was already on so it was a lovely welcome from being outside in the rain. Property is fairly clean as well. The instructions were precise and there was no trouble with the self check-in The towels didn't seem fresh. They were damp. We were startled on our last night stay by some thumping noises outside and to our surprise in the morning saw empty bottles of beer and some rubbish thrown in the back garden of the property.
• Laura (10/5): Apartment great but issues with people above throwing beer bottles down daily-smashed table outside - Very easy to understand instructions, the apartment is great but issues with people above throwing beer bottles down daily, last day it smashed the coffee table, we informed the host. Asked host for forks as there was only 3 and there were 6 of us staying there. Didn't supply any forks which was a problem and we had to go out and buy forks. Not good!

• Shay (1/5): Total fraud - This is not a bad experience but a total fraud. This is a bunch of crooks as you can find in other reviews on the net. We arrived at the apartment we booked from them at night, and there was no key. We stood outside in the rain for an hour until we realized that they had rented the apartment to someone else who was there. They sent us to another address, to a small, smelly and dirty apartment. Not suitable for a family at all. There is no one to talk to on the phone that they give up. We contacted Booking that we needed help finding another place. But we received an answer that we had to wait for a response from the landlords, who of course avoided it until noon, so they announced that if we did not involve Booking and stay in the small apartment, they would credit us with the full price of the reservation .Since it was Friday at noon and we couldn't find any other place in the middle of July, we agreed without a choice. We suffered in the apartment. Most things do not work and the place is neglected, as in the pictures. Of course after that there was no one to talk to. Despite dozens of phone calls. Always vague answers. They advertise a large, beautiful and spacious apartment, but in reality they transfer you to another, dirty and small apartment that you would not have booked.
• Lovasic (6/5): Pretty good and comfortable even for 7 persons. - Good location, close to bus or underground, comfortable apartment, all apliances, clean. One bed wasn't prepared at arrival, bed lamp electrical instalation serious issue we wasn't warned ... Only few forks in kitchen.
• Andrea (8/5): We had a comfortable stay. The flat is spacious and plenty big enough for 6 people - Simple key code entry. Located close to tube and really good amenities close too. Beds were comfortable and the whole place is well presented. There were no bulbs in any bedside lamps. Shower needed a better door as the one fitted isn't long enough and water sprays everywhere. Upstairs neighbours were quite noisy til 2/3am

• Naveen (6/5): Value for money, but parking could be more reliable - The property was spacious and was easily able to fit our group of 7 adults. The tube station was around 10 mins walk away from the property Fresh towels were provided as requested Parking is a bit hit and miss as when we arrived at the property, we were stuck outside as the spot was already taken. I messaged on the booking.com app and only got my response the next morning, which was not helpful as it said to park on the road. Luckily, I called the agents and was told that they own the whole property and can part on the other properties parking. Property could be cleaner as there were hair etc in the bathroom floor.

• Bartosz (10/5): Excellent location, friendly neighborhood and comfortable apartment. - Excellent location, well-connected with the airport and the whole of London (Golders Green) is a perfect base for discovering the city. The surrounding area is stunning - great restaurants, shops, and architecture. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The apartment was well-equipped with comfortable beds. There was a lot of dust under the beds, but I don't want to complain too much.

• Tia (6/5): Pleasant - whilst we were staying in the smaller room with two single beds there was a leak in the roof that woke us up at night. we had to move our beds out into the living room as it was dripping all night. just thought we’d let you know so you can get it fixed and let the people upstairs know.

• Christine (7/5): Good flat, well located, good hosts. - Nice looking flat, clean. beds and towels all ready for us. Good location for our trips to highgate , waterlow park and Hampstead heath by bus. And central London from Golders Green tube. It was warm and the hosts were easy to contact. The kitchen was equipped and there were bathroom items too. We could park on the drive. The dishwasher wasn’t connected. Neighbours were a bit noisy on Saturday night. But they didn’t disturb our sleep.
• Munch (1/5): Unfit for purpose - Good location for what we needed, but apartment was unfinished and not fit for purpose. Very sad as it will be a lovely apartment, when finished, but we had too many issues Heating didn't work, we appreciate a plumber was sent around immediately, but it took him 2 hours to get it working, which although he was lovely and very polite, it still was intrusive. Bath plug would not come out and the knob to release it did not work, which meant the bath was full of dirty water and could not be used. The shower over the bath is not fit for purpose, it sprayed directly at the opposite wall, soaking the bathroom and is set too high and at the wrong angle to use. Dishwasher is not plumbed in and therefore doesn't work. Paint splashes need to be cleaned off the floors and windows. Decking was very dirty and had so many screw, nails and other building rubble all over it - along with many cigarette ends. I picked up about 50! No bath mats and my elderly aunt slipped on the floor after showering. The half door doesn't keep the water in and the floor is soaked after a shower. Sheets to small for the beds and became untucked when sleeping. Fitted sheets would be better. No TV channels, only apps that need signing into. No arial fitted. Garden furniture has been put together incorrectly - the sofa and 1 chair - which made them unsafe to use. The one chair had been fitted back to front and secured with only 1 bolt instead of 4. Carpet was dirty and had what looks like a cigarette burn.
