• Simone (7/5): Pleasant home, but the smell of bleach was overwhelming when we entered the property - it was easy to access the keys to enter the property It would be advantageous to know that there is a very very steep driveway as the only way to enter the property. This made it difficult and if you have a large car or even a medium sized one, it would be highly difficult to park under the verandah as stated that you can. It would also be necessary to know that there is the driveway , then steep steps to the house. If you were travelling with elderly or people with a disability this would make it impossible and think that should be noted in advertising. Also, the smell of bleach was overwhelming when entering , and as there is a wood fire it would be nice to have enough wood for at least one of the days if not more.
• Moosad (8/5): We had a lovely time in Lorne . We loved the house , it was very cosy , was in a great location . - The location was great . I found the driveway too steep . We didn’t want to drive our car up , in case we damaged the car .

• Fiona (9/5): Lovely, comfortable and bright with amazing views. Fantastic location relative to beach and shopping - Fantastic location and lovely comfortable home with stunning view. The driveway was a challenge. We were staying with my elderly parents in law and they needed help accessing the property. There was an ironing board but no iron.

• Ksenija (10/5): - Great house, very clean. The kitchen has everything you need, including a Nespresso coffee machine. The walk up to the house is quite steep, so it’s easier by car. Beds are comfortable.
• Hannah (7/5): Nice and Relaxing - This is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Nice deck area to sit and enjoy a meal or cook a BBQ. It had everything we needed! You can only just see the water a little bit from the house. The driveway is also very steep for anyone that has mobility issues.

• Stella (7/5): - Location is great and the house is cosy. The double bed is comfortable and kitchens have most of the utensils you need. The driveway becomes very slippery when it's wet and it's challenging to walk up or down. Perhaps a pressure wash is needed to remove the slippery moss. The carport is on the very tight angle so it's difficult to park. Meanwhile, no shampoo is provided and toilet paper is not enough for our entire stay. We wish to know this earlier so we can bring some from home.
• Daniel (7/5): Great position in Lorne for a short stay - Great location. Lovely positioning on the hill. Yes the driveway is steep but no issues getting up there at all. Beds were comfy. Property is semi renovated. For the price you’d expect better. Kitchen is old. Door knobs were loose.
• Assunta (10/5): Very cute property, centrally located. - The location was so central and I love that it was up high, with a balcony. This is not something you could do anything about but the driveway is very steep, we decided not to drive up and parked on the street. We got a great workout walking up tho so that was a bonus.

• Julia (7/5): Great location on a very steep property. Very clean. - Loved being up high in the trees and with birds; proximity to Lorne and the beach were great. Clean house. The drive was really very very steep and not easy to traverse either in the car or on foot. We experienced a few technical issues such as the door knob in the bathroom falling off, toilet roll holder broke off, dryer latch was wonky, it took several tries to get the dish washer washing and importantly for us we could not turn off the screen saver on the TV.
• Maurice (10/5): Brilliant house in a great location - if you come to Lorne just stay here - Fantastic location , very comfortable house with great facilities and everything needed for a relaxing stay . It feels like home as soon as you step in the door . Everything worked as expected - check in and out was also smooth . Highly recommended Wasn’t so much a problem for us , but the steep and narrow driveway might be a challenge if you had a large car for parking next to the house . In that case , on street parking is there .

The driveway is steep and would not - The property is brilliantly located to walk to the beach, the main strip and the supermarket. It is peaceful and small but perfectly formed. The principle bedroom was very warm in the hot weather.

• Erica (10/5): This was our second stay at Seaview Treehouse, we love the location, great communication from the host and the house is - The location is brilliant, walking distance to the supermarket, the beach, shops and everything you could possibly need in Lorne, no need to drive anywhere. The house is clean and stylish and well appointed with everything you need. Lovely balcony with outdoor setting and bbq. Nothing.
• Dani (8/5): Wonderful! - Perfect location, surrounded by beautiful trees with a little view of the ocean from the balcony. The house itself was very clean & cosy! All rooms were beautifully presented, we even had fresh flowers from the garden in a vase on the dining table. Lovely modern bathroom and great water pressure! The hedges leading up to the driveway were too big which made a very, very narrow path for our car to get through! The driveway was super steep, but manageable! The air conditioning wasn’t very strong, so I think ceiling fans in the bedrooms should be considered as the room were quite hot to sleep in!

It is extremely comfortable, perfectly located and had everything we needed for a wet weekend in Lorne. I’ll definitely be staying again. It’s a scary drive up the driveway, but you only need to do it once in your stay (or park on the street, which is just as easy)!

• Sinead (10/5): This is a wonderful house we loved everything about it. We would definitely stay here again. - We loved everything about Seaview Treehouse. The house is gorgeous. Beautiful view. Excellent location. Very well equipped. Very comfortable. Very clean. The host is very friendly and helpful. Everything you need is right on your doorstep including the beach! The driveway is very steep but it is level where you park your car so that's good. One or two of the windows didn't seem to open.

• Deana (10/5): Exceptional - We had a lovely stay. The home was very clean, accommodating with a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor terrace with a BBQ. Host was polite and communicable. It really did feel like a home away from home as we had everything we needed. We stayed with our 12 week old and a toddler and it was an enjoyable experience for all of us. I highly recommend staying here. Highlight is the beautiful scenic views over the terrace.

The very narrow gap through the hedge at the bottom of the driveway. Definitely not a house suitable for elderly or disabled due to driveway issues and steps up to entrance

The location is perfect, a very short walk to Lorne Beach, restaurants and cafes. I would definitely stay here again. The driveway is very steep and difficult to park. • Tan (9/5): Overall its an amazing house to spend a few days in Lorne - location, value for money, facilities, - Cleanliness and feels just like Home because everything you need is there. Comfy and convenient. The steep slope on top makes parking bigger cars challenging. Altho parking is available on the Street, not feasible option if you have Young kids and luggage to unload.
• Alice (9/5): Lovely house and great location. - Perfect for a family of four. The house was clean, comfortable and cosy and only a short walk to the centre of Lorne and the beach. We appreciated the variety of games and dvds available and the host was prompt in addressing our concern re: internet outage and was accommodating of our request for a slightly earlier check in time. Minor point was the steep driveway, however we had noted this from other reviews so it wasn't a surprise. We just parked at the bottom of the property and walked up as it was a bit hard to maneuver/park our bigger car, so not an issue for us. Would definitely stay here again.
