- Cleans Maid Easy (7/5): Comfy and great host - The parking was perfect, the bed was comfy, the shower pressure was good, and constant hot water is helpful. Having a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer is very handy. Contact from owner was wonderful, very prompt, timely and courteous. Issues did have to be reported unfortunately as the cleanliness was less than acceptable but a partial refund was given as I cleaned the worst of it that night and he arranged cleaners to come the following morning to do the rest. So I do definitely appreciate this. Also a very late checkout was offered which again was lovely. The cleanliness or lack there of. The smells in the corridors seem to linger from other apartments and the garbage disposal chute the smell is absolutely horrid.
The attention to detail is just not there, and its the little things that end up being the big things. I would advise a deep clean of the apartment including a steam clean of the couch. A commercial vacuum would definately benefit rather than the cleaners using a small kmart style vacuum. Kitchen spray and a clean sponge instead of 4 half empty bottles of dishliquid and a used sponge and teatowel would have been ideal.
- Scott (7/5): Good stay with mates - Owner very responsive to question etc A little worn in places and fairly dusty in around cupboards etc
- Carie (8/5): Great location, accessible owner fir check in and parking. - 3 Ladies having a holiday, own rooms, walkable to do many things and experiences.
Location.
Parking. Needs some updating, lounge.
Cleaners left dirty dishes in drawers.
- Sarbjit (9/5): - we liked the location. the facilities were good just didn't have flexibility
of different group members using facilities at different times due to how fob works.
The kitchen was well stocked with lot of equipment. There was nothing I didn't like.
- Janet (8/5): An excellent stay - Bryan (host) was extremely responsive to rectifying a couple of issues. - Great location for CBD, Southbank Boulevard and South Melbourne Markets. Some aspects of the apartment, furniture are a little tired - some maintenance / updates required.
- Allison (10/5): -

- Lisa (9/5): - Location was amazing, ing close to everything, restaurants, shops , public transport. Everything you need in one location. A young vibe with lots of people coming and going so much to do and see especially so close to south bank, DFO Crown and so much more. Host ensured there was ample instructions to collect keys as we were coming in different times. The air con wasn't great in the spare rooms and the morning sun a killer. The main room it was icy cold but not so in the other rooms. Maybe a little nit picky as there were fans in every room.
- Hongmei (7/5): -
- Zoe (10/5): - Perfect apartment for a week long stay. Good bedrooms and lounge room. Great facilities we enjoyed use of the sauna, gym and pool!
- Li Wah (10/5): Li Wah, Singapore - It is really conveniently located. There are 2 supermarkets just downstairs the apartment - Woolworths and Asian Pacific (Chinese oriental type). I'm a Singaporean, we love to live nearby supermarkets for purchases of items at our convenience. This apartment is well furnished and fully equipped for self-cooking from tourist with family perspective view. I strongly recommend this unit. Thank you and Merry Christmas The disposal of rubbish at the bin point located on the 10th floor, the trash awful stink smell spool up and you need to breathe in fresh air from the corridor and hold your breath, to open the thrash bin door to dispose of the rubbish. That is the only disadvantage point that I can share.
- Uini (8/5): Late check in with problems with cleaning crew dropping keys back to pickup area. But the owner was very helpful and wil - The pools Not cleaned properly after last occupants.
- Trevor (5/5): - We like the location good We had alot of trouble with the fob for the car park getting in was ok but getting out we had trouble the security made it veey hard and very unhelpful and spoiled our stay
- Stephen (10/5): Perfect apartment for a Melbourne City break. - The location of City View Apt is excellent, and the views from all the rooms windows amazing. The instructions for collecting and returning keys were very easy to follow and the dedicated private and free parking space a bonus. The apartment block is very modern and the pool and spa excellent and spotlessly clean. The apartment is well stocked with essential toiletries and fresh towels. There was nothing that we didn't like.
- Meagan Allan (9/5): Great family staycation - Location, comfortable beds, plenty of complimentary bathroom and kitchen supplies, access to woolies and hotel facilities. Great communication from host. Would happily stay again. Rooms needs a little bit more of a deep clean. Lots of dust.
- Sutton (5/5): - The place wasn't cleaned very well.. bathrooms had soap crime and mould. Shower in main bathroom didn’t work properly. No floor mats were provided for showering. Coffee spills over walls in kitchen and mould on window frames this place requires a extremely good clean
Dryer and washing PowerPoint didn’t work. Floors were dirty and beds only had Bottom sheet no top sheet and were uncomfortable.
- Nathalie (9/5): -
- Fiona (10/5): If I could live here full time I would. - The view out the windows has to be seen to be believed. It is like a living mural, the traffic moving around over the roads in all different directions, the lights and lighting at various times of day, and the giant urban sculpture in the middle of the big roundabout across the way.
I also adored the bathtub in the second bathroom. It was the best place to be to decompress after a big day, and really felt like luxury.
And having a full sized Woolworths and other shops on the ground floor meant that I just came home and stayed in every night for the whole week I stayed here. Nothing to do with the property itself, but a few wear and tear issues from previous guests were a bit disappointing. Maybe I would say that I wish the outside of the windows were able to be cleaner so the amazing view was even better.

- Tjahjadinata (10/5): The accommodation was wonderful, even though the website was a headache - The apartment is super amazing with good view and facilities, 5 star appliances and lots of amenities. The host is super friendly and communicative as booking.com did not provide any booking details until we checked out.
Their place is located very closed to supermarkets (Asian Supermarket and Woolworths). Tram line, Crown Casino and Southbank is just 500metre away. We stay there for 10 days and it is really an unforgettable place to live for a short period. Thanks for letting us staying at your place. The check-in process from booking.com; whereas they did not provide any check in detail. I took my family (include 2 kids) and we cannot checked in until the host helped us to provide instruction. This trip should be perfect; the only flaw lies in the booking.com system that has plenty of problems; especially communication. I ended up using google translate (to Chinese) to speak to their service consultant as their translation system is totally crap. Be careful when using booking.com; you really need to be patient when dealing with them
- Christopher (10/5): Very comfortable, great location and a great host. Highly recommend staying here. - Great location, close to everything. Very clean with good amenities in the building. Very comfortable and perfect for our visit to Melbourne. We would definitely stay here again. We could not fault anything
- Nicki (6/5): Pleasant - Close to cbd Could’ve been cleaner and quite a few broken things - eg windows couldn’t open, blinds broken and either couldn’t close or couldn’t open, toilet roll holder broken and just general lack of cleanliness.
- Andrew (8/5): Very good -
- Andrea (8/5): Central, New and well equipped for a short and nice staying. - Amazing position, new building, easy access to local supermarket and amazing parking facilities. The house is new and has all you need for a short stay. The owner, Bryan, has been helpful and quick in replying. Quite expensive, although we went in peak season so it's understandable. It was not possibile to open the windows, which make it not ideal since the recycled air from the building ventilation still felt a bit heavy and it would have been ideal to be able to areate once a day...
Be careful when sitting at the dining table since the chairs are too tall for the structure of the table and you'll definitely bang your knees into the lower bit of the table.
- Kannadasan (9/5): Prime location. Had a pleasant stay - Laundry detergent was missing to use for wash machine.
- Mark (8/5): Great location. Fix windows and it’s pretty much perfect. - Location. Jacuzzi, pool. Windows didn’t open. Couldn’t find things like a dish cloth or small plates.
Sad the pool isn’t sheltered as it gets quite windy but is what it is
- Maureen (6/5): Great location and pleased to have shared accomodation with family. - We brought our own breakfast Front door key was very tricky to manage. Car park access needed sign to indicate which roller door to use. Coffee machine milk frother didn’t work.
Unable to access the pool for the kids as training was provided after bedtime on our last evening. Cleaning needed a bit more attention under couches and coffee tables
- Dipesh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sherpa (10/5): Fantastic - Nice view from apartment easy to navigate super convenient location to explore
- Fong (9/5): Superb - The location is excellent Room wise a bit cramp with e luggage
- David (10/5): Cool place -
- Janelle (10/5): Exceptional -
- Barbara (7/5): Fabulous location - Great location Better linen on the beds
Only having one key, very difficult for three grown adults wanting to do different things.
- Sharon (8/5): Comfortable 3bdrm apartment in the city - Great location close to crown and trams
Short walk into the city across the footbridge at Flinders street
Access and parking was simple
Clean apartment and host was great with communication
Handy having woolies downstairs for supplies The lift system was challenging with the premier /penthouse lifts which took a bit to get used to but similar to many other apartment buildings in melbourne
- Angie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rita (6/5): Nice location and good sized apartment - 3bedrooms
Location Need more coffee mugs perhaps a matching set of 6?
Towels and bedding also blankets need an upgrade
- Cameron (10/5): Comfortable apartment in a great location. Helpful and supportive hosts. - Great location. Very convenient for us to get around Nothing. Bryan was helpful and available when we needed him.
- Boyce (5/5): Passable -
- Mallory (6/5): Pleasant -
- Sarah (4/5): Passable - Location Wrong instructions were given to collect keys. Host wouldn't answer phone calls. Apparently they didn't have time to amend the instructions, a simple text would have sufficed, however host neglected to do so until finally responding to our attempts for help. Too much hassle trying to find a street car park, then to find and retrieve keys which were in a different lock and code than what was supplied, then find apartment, to then finally get remote for carpark, back to retrieve car, to then find designated carpark, and finally able to start holiday. Difficult to lock apartment, lock kept sticking. Apartment smell was off-putting, needed to be aired out. A lot smaller and less "luxurious" than described. There was not a hot tub in the room as described, just a normal bathtub. We were not allowed to use a pool and some of the facilities, this should have been clarified at time of booking. Items left in dryer from previous guest, no dishwasher tablets or detergent to wash dishes. Draws and cupboards in kitchen need maintenance, they don't close properly, draws were finally able to be closed about 3hrs after trying to close. They sat open about 20cm, bouncing back open when you try to close them. Great coffee machine but no milk supplied, needed to make emergency dash to grocery store during the coffee making process. Also need teaspoons in apartment. The whole checkout process was as painful as the check-in.
Good location but from our experience I would not recommend to others. We actually were looking at alternative accommodation after the initial expectation let down.
- Christine (1/5): Bad -
- Jason (10/5): Great place, well located. Very proactive host! - The host was great, and gave us loads of info on the property. The bedrooms are decent sized and very comfortable. The Lounge and dining area is well comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. The coffee machine is brilliant with a plentiful supply of coffee. Having a supermarket downstairs was also very handy.
- Kellie (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was great. The instructions to check it made it hard getting padlocks and keys from different places. The check in process
- Corrina (6/5): Lovely location and view of Melbourne. Handy having Woolworths right there and the cafe underneath. The place needs to b - The view and the facilities were amazing.
The bathrooms were lovely and clean. The bedding and couches were not comfortable. There were finger marks on walls and a stain on the pillow cover. The kitchen sponge was old and used.
The windows were filthy by can’t be helped.
- Adriana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tamara (8/5): Very good - Location, price Windows (external) were dirty - beyond hosts control.
