- Ben (10/5): Excellent stay, excellent flat, perfect location. I ll be back - This property was so perfect for us. Right next to Excel, amazing flat and just a perfect little haven. The gentleman who owns it was super helpful and friendly The fluorescent lighting. (A personal pet hate) Nothing against the apartment though.

- Aneka (9/5): Great place! - Spacious, clean, and a fun location to enjoy the sun! Fantastic living room space, close to everything you could want for a group trip. Hot water cut out once, not sure why, didn’t get a reply to that, so we all had cold showers that morning. There was a “free” parking spot that is described as “not guaranteed” but was available. It was challenging to organise though and ended up costing £60.

Would return for 👍 - Beautiful secure building, decorated & furnished with consideration to the history of the building. Position couldn’t have been better - great connections plenty of facilities around the area too ! Couple of complaints from those using the back beds being uncomfortable & unable to open a window making the room hot. It was noted there are plenty of fans though !

- David (10/5): 2nd stay, great property will be back - Location to excel. 30 seconds from the front door. Loving space is great.
- Faizandosani (9/5): Good for big families / groups - Checkin was easy. This apartment is 2 min talk to Excel London station. The living room has comfortable sofa and nice kitchen. We were large group with 5 kids and house has enough space to offer privacy. Wifi , round stair case inside apartment.

Adeel has been great host and easy to communicate with despite him being on holiday during our stay and super attentive. The property is as pictured if not better, very glad we choose to stay here with our family. Highly recommended Nothing bad
- Duncan (9/5): Superb - Great location, value for money and a genuinely nice apartment. Picking up keys was simple once we had details. Loads of room and great facilities. Getting check-in details was quite difficult. We weren't told what number the flat was until we got there and realised we needed it. 7th bed is on stilts on a high balcony which was a bit sketchy. WiFi didn't quite reach bedrooms. Skylight blind in bedroom is ineffective
