• Man Ki (3/5): I will not recommend to stay. - Most furniture are old and broken as the room is no proper maintenance. Need to ask to repair the light bulks, toilet seats and mirror. Mattress are very uncomfortable as old and worse. Overall the room is not clean and no cleaning service is provided during 30 day stay.
• Yeoh (2/5): Not my expectations, does not match the photo in the website. - Location was good I was very disappointed with my stay. The apartment was not clean, the bedsheets had not been changed, and many of the facilities were broken or faulty. The air conditioning was leaking water and barely cooling the room. The sofa was dirty, and overall, the place seemed poorly maintained. As we were on a business trip, I was expecting a comfortable and restful stay, but I couldn’t even sleep properly due to the unclean bed. I would not recommend this place to others.

• Eunice (1/5): Scam - Location. Property owner ghosted us on check in day. Left in lurch till we call booking.com late in afternoon. Sent a text msg with self checkin instruction after that send us on a wild goose chase for the keys. Apartment is musky, dusty and full of stains. Beddings were unhygienic with oil hair smell and stains n dust. Claimed no alternatives We decided to cancel the booking and inform booking.com to resolve with property. Property owner immediately sent 2 men to our door claiming to be cleaners n demanded entry despite us refusing the additional clean. In reality the apartment was so bad like a proper cleaning would require 4-5 hours and safety is a concern. We immediately left the apt quietly after the episode with the ‘cleaners’, worrying for our safety to search for another accommodation. Owner refused to refund fully and booking.com didn’t pursue nor protect our rights. Note we paid a premium rate higher than usual for Cny season for as we wanted a good experience for CNY
• Logeswary (9/5): A nice place with small glitches - The instruction was clear. Place was instagramable. Value for money. The internet was nit working so unable ro watch TV. I reported to Person in charge and reported will revert but Didn't until check out. The pool was closed for maintenance.
