La piscine est franchement un plus après une journée de grosse chaleur et travail. Personnel sympathique et avenant. J'ai eu la chance en plus d'être surclassé avec une grande chambre dans des étages élevés et belle vue sur la ville. Juste une très légère odeur de tabac froid dans la chambre à laquelle on s'habitue... apparemment tous les clients ne respectent pas les consignes de l'hotel.

Le personnel est très bien, toujours souriant, toujours prêt à aider. Remerciement spécialement à la femme de ménage qui s'était occupé de nos chambres (très gentille), et à William à l'accueil du restaurant. Il n'y a pas de "Guest self-service laundry facilities". Ce serait pratique pour des séjours longs comme le nôtre (7 jours). Sur le site de Booking, il serait bien de différencier "Blanchisserie/laverie - En supplément" qui est un service, à la laverie (machine à laver le linge+séchoir) à la disposition des clients, même payante.

- Roman (8/5): - The room was spacious and bathroom had everything needed. Every staff member I interacted with was welcoming and trying to help to the best of their ability. Great massage right at the hotel with a separate elevator for privacy. A remarkably good gym for a hotel. The plumbing under vanities leaked water. The problem was reported the next day after my check-in to the reception. When I checked-out one week later, the problem still wasn't solved. The property itself is quite old. There were signs of past stains on the carpet in the room that were obviously bleached.

- Michaela (10/5): - This hotel is older, but that is his advantage. You can feel the soul of it. Perfect personal everywhere, Sylvia Wang on the reception helped us with everything. Perfect breakfast, gym, pool. Our week there was amazing thanks to this place.

- Alleycat90 (8/5): Great value for money with exceptional bathtubs - The room was absolutely enormous and, if you like a bathtub, this is definitely the place for you! I was impressed by the extensive range at the buffet. I have to give big compliments to the staff who really went out of their way to make us feel special from the doorman to the housekeeper, everyone greeted us with a big smile. In terms of location, it was close to lots of shops and restaurants too so getting around was easy. The pool was very cold and they required us to wear swimming caps. They did provide us with them, which was helpful, but it felt like a more serious "laps" pool instead of a fun hotel pool vibe.

Walking distance to dongmen walking street. Easy to drive to coco park shopping centre and visit shenzhen tower. No complaints at all

Normaler Frèhstècksraum fèr alle. Raucher - Lounge angepriesen > nicht vorhanden. Fransen vor dem Hotel oder auf Terrasse 3 Stock, ohne Decken.

- Annaliese (9/5): Great value super spacious hotel in a central location for exploring Luohu area - Super helpful and friendly front desk staff. Extensive and good quality breakfast selection. Enormous room size, lovely spacious bathrooms and extremely comfortable beds. Room service was not available after 9.30pm and in house restaurants were closed early. However staff were super friendly and helpfully directed us to nearby late closing restaurants which were a short stroll away. It would be helpful for staff to point this out at check-in

The matrasses in the room should be replaced. The staff doesn’t speak any English, when we had problem (flood in our room), it was difficult to communicate.
