• Guest (8/5): Central, comfy and convenient - not perfect, but perfect enough for a delightful week in Perth! - Lovely apartment with a GREAT location. 3-min walk to the nearest free Red CAT bus stop & well-connected to prime spots in the city (e.g., Perth Cultural Centre). Space is very clean and bright, and the bed is comfy enough (though some may find the pillows and mattress a bit too soft). Unit had facilities like a 2-in-1 washer dryer (clothes detergent provided!), iron, fridge, a functioning stovetop, oven and microwave, making it easy to cook and do laundry during our week-long stay. We enjoyed the smart TV which we used for Netflix and Youtube. Staycay hosts were friendly & quick to respond to messages. They were kind enough to provide a one-time replenishment of toilet paper (if not, we only get 2 rolls). Overall, a good, comfortable stay that is well-worth the price - happy to recommend! We had some problem with one of the stove knobs being loose, which could pose a safety issue as it was not clear whether that particular hob is turned on or not. Some of the facilities looked worn out & could use some updating (e.g., discolouration on electric kettle, jerky sliding door to bedroom, slanting dining table). Although pantry was stocked with cooking spray and basic seasonings like salt and pepper, some were out of date so shouldn't be used (unless you don't mind). Also wish the power sockets were placed at more convenient spots in the bedroom area. No major complaints otherwise.
