• Tomasz (4/5): - Pozytywne na pewno suszarka, żelazko , deska do prasowania, papier toaletowy i ręczniki w pokoju, bliska odległość od stacji metra ok 7 min., stosunkowo łatwy system wejścia i zameldowania, blisko sklepy, kuchnia w miarę dobrze wyposażona, działające tv, obecność pralki w kuchni a lodówki i mikrofali w pokoju. Nieszczelne okno z którego wiało co powodowało bardzo zimno w pokoju, jeden niedziałający grzejnik, niskie i żałosne ciśnienie wody w łazience, niezbyt ciepła woda w prysznicu, hałaśliwi sąsiedzi, brudne części wspólne w szczególności korytarze z których zapach odrzucał. Niedoprana pościel.
• I (7/5): - L'emplacement, à deux pas du métro et du bus. La cuisine manquait de propreté. Des mauvaises odeurs dans les couloirs.
• Ambre (4/5): - Le logement était proche des commodités. Les chambres étaient également propre. Malgré beaucoup de poussière. L’odeur y était très agréable. La saleté extrême des douches communes. En essayant d’en prévenir le propriétaire, il nous assurait faire le ménage , mais on se retrouvait tout de même avec un tapis de bain avec de la moisissure et en plus de cela celui de la veille. Les traces d’excréments dans les toilettes. J’ai été obligé à 2h du matin de récurer toute la salle de bain pour prendre une douche convenable. Je n’ai jamais vu une salle de bain aussi sale de ma vie. Je vous conseille vivement de prendre des claquettes pour les douches. Par ce que bonjour les mycoses si vous poser ne serait-ce qu’un pied dans la salle d’eau. La douche qui devient froide ou tiède au bout de deux minutes de douche. En été c’est top, mais en hiver mmmh pas top. Les cuisines communes étaient horribles. D’une saleté extrême. Des restes de nourriture sur les assiettes, verres etc… des moucherons par tout, poubelles qui débordent. Bref dégoûtant.
• Paula Longhi Yuhak (8/5): Cómoda y cálida estancia en Tooting - La habitación es muy completa, con la pava eléctrica y el microondas. Las camas son muy cómodas, todo perfecto. La cocina estaba sucia, y eso causó que no la usemos. Sé que es algo atribuible a los demás clientes, pero quizás con un poco más de mantenimiento mejoraría.
• Lisa (6/5): A mixed bag. Not what we expected but adequate. - The room and shared bathroom across the hall were clean. It was roasting in the room but a fan was provided which we were very grateful for. Check in was via a key box so we never met our host but when I text to see if we could stay a little later than 12 o clock check out time (due to our flight being later in the day) he said we could stay until the cleaners arrived. The price was good. We were in Tooting for a family event so we were close to where we needed to be and the location was perfect for that. For the price, I'd stay again if we needed to be in Tooting but not if I was there for a holiday. The hallways, stairs and common areas were dirty. It wasn't really clear before we arrived that it was a tiny bedsit we'd be in. We were only staying for a weekend and so had no need of the kitchen area and I'm glad of that because it's a shared kitchen and it was pretty manky. Bins were full and the area around them was dirty. There was an old matress up against the wall just inside the external door downstairs. Probably outside our host's control but it didn't do much for first impressions. The instructions with the codes for the doors and key box etc were VERY late arriving on Friday night. We didn't get them until around 11:30pm. It turned out that due to transport disruptions we were very late arriving ourselves anyway so it didn't end up being a problem but we had been due to arrive at about 10:30pm.

We were able to extend our stay an extra 2 nights, and we would have booked longer if we could The TV, fridge/freezer, microwave, and kettle in the room were a great touch to our stay. The layout of the bathroom, kitchen, and room were fantastic The location was fantastic, as it was in the heart of Tooting, close to shops with plenty of food options. Any enquiries that we had were answered right away. Would love to rent long-term if it was available as we had an urgent family crisis and had to flee our previous home. Sharing the kitchen facility was good, though the bin was filled with flies and was not cleaned throughout our stay, which made us use the cooking facility less. The shared bathroom with another room was not a joy due to them leaving stinky wet towels in there. The wifi would disconnect a few times during our stay. The postcode kept sending Uber Eats deivers to a restaurant on the main road, even when I would write a description of where to go. I still had to go to the main road. There were empty bottles left in the top drawer, which was not emptied before we had checked in

Le micro onde de la chambre sale Les toilettes sales La cuisine tellement sale que l'on a pas pu l'utiliser La douche froide sans pression + la moisissure + la vmc qui n'a jamais été nettoyée La machine à laver qui fait un boucan d'enfer à 2 heures du matin et qui fait trembler les murs Le chien dans la chambre 15. Le lit à ressort inconfortable La dame du menage "nettoie" en versant de l'eau savonneuse sur la poussière

• Arthur (3/5): Not recommended, especially for women - The room itself was clean enough. The shared bathroom is theoretically only shared among two rooms. However, it was still occupied most of the time and sometimes, when we were using the bathroom someone would unlock the door from the outside and try to come inside anyway.
• Edgard (3/5): La propreté laisse à désirer - La chambre n'est qu'à quelques minutes de la station de métro de Tooting Broadway, située sur la northern line. Il est donc très facile de se rendre jusqu'au centre de Londres. Les espaces communs – escaliers, entrée – étaient très sales, ou inondés. Comme indiqué dans le mail de Booking, nous sommes arrivés à 13h. Nous essayons vainement d'ouvrir la boîte à clés de la chambre 15, mais après avoir contacté le propriétaire, la chambre qui nous avait été attribuée était la 16. Et le check-in seulement à 15h. La chambre n'avait donc pas encore été nettoyée. Ayant quelques craintes quant au nettoyage (vu l'état de l'immeuble) nous avons repéré quelques traces, taches. À notre retour, en soirée, les lits avaient été fait et la poubelle vidée. Mais nous avons constaté que les draps étaient les mêmes car les diverses traces et taches étaient toujours présentes au mêmes endroits. La salle de bain commune à la chambre 15 et 16, n'était pas des plus engageantes. Bref, la propreté laissait fortement à désirer.

• Ingrid (10/5): Relaxing place to stay - The room was super clean and the bed was comfortable! We had everything we needed — there was a refrigerator, a microwave, and a kettle, which was very useful. The shared kitchen was also clean and had designated spaces for some room. Very nice place to stay — totally recommended!

• Sam (6/5): Room good, building not so much. - Room was very clean, good size. Beds comfortable, though the pillows were very thin and could do with replacing. Appreciated having a fridge in the room. Wifi signal strong, router on each floor. The individual room listing is misleading. This is not actually an apartment, but a room in a shared flat (think halls of residence, with multiple rooms on a shared corridor) with a shared bathroom and kitchen. It also doesn't mention this room is not just upstairs, but 3 floors up multiple flights of stairs. I use crutches and would not have booked this if it had been clear. Wifi was good, but not happy with the router on our floor being rested on the fire extinguishers. This is not safe, and probably not legal! Entry hallway and stairs desperately needed cleaning, smelled bad and almost put us off staying. Looked like dropped sauce/food, also piles of mail left on the first set of stairs.
