• Alex (10/5): Clean and comfortable place with everything - I almost wasn’t going to leave this review because the host stocked the fridge with free Coke and I was fully prepared to accept bribery 😂 But honestly, this Airbnb was amazing. The room was super tidy , like “you almost don’t want to unpack and ruin it” tidy. The kitchen was ridiculously well stocked too. Not just plates and pans, but actual useful stuff: seasonings, tea, coffee, cooking basics… it felt like someone actually thought about what guests need instead of just throwing in one lonely salt packet. And the cat approved as well. Usually my cat acts like every new place is a hostage situation, but here she immediately started exploring, napping, and living her best vacation life. Would absolutely stay again (especially if the Coke supply remains unlimited). They have Pepsi in the fridge.

• Wendy (8/5): Enjoyed staying at this 2 bedroom suite - The kitchen had just about everything you'd need for your stay; there were cold drinks in the fridge, with tea, coffee and other kitchen supplies. Other touches, like full size shampoo and body wash, in the bathroom were a nice addition. It was in a quiet location. And if the weather had been better, we would have used the back yard.

We enjoyed walks at Pipers Lagoon and Neck Point. The suite was very clean and beds very comfortable. Would not hesitate to book again and highly recommend! Perhaps a coat tree at the front door?

Very close to the Departure Bay Ferry as well! - For our visit, the location was perfect, convenient, scenic, and a pristine, quiet neighborhood. The suite had everything we needed, all the amenities you would expect in an accommodation like this. It was spacious, very clean, and the owner of the property made us feel very welcome! We would definitely stay there again! The only negative thing we would say is we found the leather hide-a-bed couch uncomfortable to sit on. The cushions tilt forward. We did not need to use the bed.

• Barbara (10/5): Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt - Die Unterkunft war sauber und es war alles vorhanden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es handelt sich um eine Einliegerwohnung, die etwas wenig natürliches Licht hat. Aber dies ist auch aus den Fotos ersichtlich und kein Grund für Kritik. Es war alles sehr gut. Einzig das Sofa war von weniger hoher Qualität als der Rest der Möbel.

Quiet location Really nice and helpful owners Off street parking It was hot when we were there and made use of the very quiet fan instead. (note: the owner says there is central air conditioning but we didn't locate the controls and so assumed none) We had lovely weather and used the owners garden to sit in, if the weather had been poor e.g. wet, there is limited ability to see outside so it could feel a bit claustrophobic.

Lage in der Nähe von Pipers Lagoon ist klasse, zum Meer ist es nicht weit. Aussicht ist bescheiden im Souterrain. Würde trotzdem wiederkommen. Ausstattung & Lage wiegen das auf.

• Vanessa (9/5): Comfortable, clean, well appointed suite that suited our needs. - The 2 bedroom suite was well appointed with all the necessities including complimentary water & pop. Coffee & coffee mate was provided and there was an assortment of condiments. We picked up milk as we prefer it to coffee mate. The towels and linens were of good quality, everything was clean, tidy & organized. Robes & slippers were provided as an added touch. It was equipped with all the necessary appliances including an iron, ironing board & steamer. We didn’t cook or do laundry there so cannot comment on that, but those amenities were available. The only reason I didn’t rate this property higher is because there are a few small areas for improvement in my opinion, which I conveyed to the host. Nothing major. - Lack of hooks in the bathroom - The host stated that the layout is intentionally minimal to keep the space uncluttered and easy to sanitize. they have made a note and will consider it for future layout reviews. - Only the one mirror in the bathroom - The host plans to install a second mirror in one of the bedrooms. - The beds were made up European style with duvets in a duvet cover with no top sheet. It is our preference to have a top sheet as it is nice for those warmer days whena duvet is too warm. However there were extra linens available including top sheets is my understanding in a closet. - There is central AC which is preset to 23 C and only comes on if the temperature is consistently above 24 C but, adjustable if needed is what I was told. The therrmostat is in the main living area is my understanding though we didn't see one so perhaps upstairs or we were blind. It was a bit warm so we did open the bedroom windows for a more comfortable sleep. A fan was provided and more fans can be requested if needed I believe. - The sofa appeared to be in a bit of disrepair but was still comfortable enough. I have been informed by the host that the padding had shifted over time and has now been rearranged and that the sofa itself is structurally sound. - My sister who has back issues found the bed didn’t offer the best support but my husband and I were fine with it. It is the memory foam style mattress that many folk like these days. so it comes down to personal preference.

This place had really easy directions to get too, and access to the property! We had our own personal car park, and side door as well which made it feel a lot more private and peaceful. It was our favourite place and will definitely be back!! We had not one issue at all with the property or the hosts whatsoever!

The suite is spotless, spacious, well-equipped, and the bathtub is fabulously deep. Parking is easy. Lots of amenities within a 12min drive. Check in and out and easy. Hosts communicative and friendly. I have stayed here multiple times and will continue to do so in the future. Memory foam pillows aren't my favourite, and I'd have preferred a flat sheet in addition to the duvet. The linens are nice, though.
