Man ist zu Fuß nah an der Innenstadt und auch Metro und Co sind nicht soweit weg. Sauberkeit: War wohl seit "längerem" der Erste dort: Schimmel im Bad (den man zum Glück einfach wegwischen konnte), hinter der Schlafzimmertür eine getragene Unterhose... Viel Schlimmer: Wir hatten zwei separate Buchungen und hatten vorher explizit gefragt, ob das passt, wir weiter an dem Tag des "Wechsel" rein kommen etc "ja klar, alles kein Thema" - Tag des Wechsels: Zwischen 11:00 und Abends kein Zugang möglich, der Türcode geht nicht, erreichbar war niemand. Dann: Checkout verlängert und schon fast unverschämte 40euro für bezahlt. Und dann: Türcode funktioniert nach 11 Uhr nicht mehr. Wir haben diesmal zum Glück nach dem Anruf bei der "SMS" Nummer einen "Notfall Code" bekommen aber die Organisation geht gar nicht. Auch ist das elektronische Türschloss hakelig - funktioniert manchmal erst im 5. oder 6. Anlauf. Die Wohnung ist nett und wäre auch preiswert, aber wenn so vermietet wird sicher nicht nochmal...

This should have been repaired prior to occupation... - Not much flexibility in checking in and checking out. They even asked me to check out earlier than my contract period...

• Ari (7/5): Good - We arrived at 3pm to check in but the key wasnt in the place that they tolds. We have to wait around 1 extra hour for someone to come and open the door. When we entered to the apartment everything was dirty, they didnt clean the apartment for us before arriving so the mess up of the others gests were there. They ask us to wait one extra hour until they clean the apt. To summarize, we lost one tour previously reserved. Up street said that they will give us a complimentary meal to compensate this, i sent the receipt but until now im waiting for my cashbck. Its been 1 month already

Very comfortable Even though it was the most perfect location, space and quiet area which made our visit to Athens wonderful, we would have liked to work with an owner of the flat and not a rental company. One gets a much more personalized attention and early check in and later check outs are not a problem. The staff says they will try to work with your flight schedule but in reality they don’t.

• Remon (10/5): This apartment is about location, you are 2-3 min from shoppings and restaurants. The turist points are a walk distance. - Location and the space in the apartment. Is more a suggestion. To leave 2 towels per person. If you shower twice a day it can be that the towels is still a little bit wet.

Great kitchen with a washer and dryer even though I really didn’t need one. Good water pressure in the shower and lovely toiletries. Extremely comfortable bed in a very quiet bedroom that you can make really dark to go to sleep. I also booked an arrival pick up with the taxi service. They recommended and it was fantastic. An amazing day. I recommend the apartment to everyone

The check in was at 3pm and we could not get in - it required messages to staff to get someone to meet us. The Netflix did not work as described - required a password we did not have. Window shutters would not close to keep out morning light - could not sleep in. Once washer/dryer was started, could not pause cycle and pull out clothes. Description was for first floor, but we had to go up spiral staircase to get to room.
