La casa non era molto pulita, anche ragnatele, bagno molto piccolo. Sarebbe stata più utile una doccia al posto della Vasca viste le dimensioni del bagno.

• Eigil (2/5): Not a joy! - The location is great, close to train station and buses. Building looks good from the outside. First of all, this property is VERY FAR from being a luxury apartment! Beware of this and adjust your expectations accordingly. It was very dirty as we arrived, furniture was worn out and broken, the beds lacked top mattresses making them hard and uncomfortable. The shower was broken upon arrival and was only fixed on the fourth day of our stay, even though we later found out that it had been broken for a while and previous guests had to move out because of it. When a plumber came, he shut off the water for the toilet until the next day. With a family of four, it was extremely stressful not being able to shower - and not being able to use the toilet! There was not a single apology or offer of alternative solutions from the landlord.
• Adam (1/5): Disaster, Filthy apt. we left and got a hotel room across the street - Holland Park is a great location. the apt was filthy, we left immediately and got a hotel across the street we walked in to the building and there is a two floor staircase that was filthy. the apt itself looked like a student apt. the carpets were filthy, the beds were tiny, the couch was filthy, there were mops and buckets in the unit and random shoddy furnishings.
• Melania (10/5): - Our stay was excellent. The apartment was stylish, comfortable, and spotless, with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect—close to Notting Hill and Westfield Shopping Centre. Communication with the host was smooth and professional. Highly recommended!

• Phil (2/5): SHAME ! Avoid this place. - The flat is charming and is very well located. Kitchen is fine as well. The sound isolation is basic and even with closed windows the part of the flat facing the Royal crescent is very noisy. The sleeping room in the back is quiet. Beds are small and not that comfortable. The cleaning of the apartment was below average. The bathroom is tiny and there is excessive rust. The shower buttons are leaking and falling apart. This is certainly NOT a luxury flat! Is overpriced for what it offers. To start with, we received no code for entering the flat in advance. Although we had indicated our arrival time in advance to the property manager and had sent numerous messages and done phone calls we arrived at the property without a code to enter. We had to wait 2.5 hours after calling booking.com until we finally got in. Property owner did not bother to apologize for that. Next morning we realized that the shower had only very hot water and it was impossible to regulate it and take a shower. We had to make numerous calls and waited for hours until the property manager came to tell us that the thermostat was out of order and needed serious reparation works. We left the flat to find a new accommodation. We had to pay for the first night that we stayed there. Given that the afternoon before we lost 2.5 hours waiting access to the flat, the half day we lost for the shower the next day and the whole hassle it is shameful that the owner did not have the sensitivity to reimburse immediatelly this one night. Not only we still paid for it but ended up paying the excessive cleaning fee of 200 pounds. So we paid 557 pounds in total for one night with part of our holiday messed up. Choosing this flat made us lose in total one day of our vacation. SHAME to the owners that did not have the sensitivity and dignity to give us a full refund or at least do not charge for the cleaning. It is also regretful that booking.com could not protect us as their clients and could not put pressure to the owners to at least not charge us the 200 pounds cleaning fee.

Per l'alloggio niente da dire.

• Lian (10/5): 非常棒，满足一切需求，下次来还会选这里 - 很棒的地理位置！太方便了。周围交通便利，有多条地上/地下铁路，去机场或者几个大火车站都很方便。公交车站也近在咫尺，可以很方便的到达市中心，无需换乘。Oxford tube在附近也有站点，一辆车直接去牛津。 周围购物也很方便，有很多超市，甚至周日晚上也有开到很晚的超市。更有Westfield大型购物中心，逛街太方便了。 社区环境干净整洁，圆弧形的房子太漂亮了，还有大花园。而且很安全，我们晚上回来没有遇到奇怪的人。 厨房不大，但设施齐全，满足日常所需。我们经常自己做早餐和晚餐，更合口味也更便宜。住了几天，孩子们已经把这里当成在伦敦的家，大家都很喜欢。 淋浴的龙头有点漏水，需要修理，不影响使用。

• STEPHANE (9/5): Bel appartement confortable et bien placé - Appartement très propre, bien aménagé et bien équipé (ustensiles de cuisine, linge de lit, machine à laver, lave vaisselle, ventilateur…) dans une rue résidentielle à 20 minutes à pied des rues touristiques de Notting Hill. Sa localisation est excellente pour visiter tous les quartiers touristiques de Londres avec un arrêt de bus à quelques pas et une station de métro à 5 minutes à pied. Un grand centre commercial avec supermarché et restos se trouvent aussi à 5 minutes à pied. Les hôtes ont parfaitement organisé notre séjour par message (au travers d’une boîte à clés) ce qui rend l’arrivée et le départ très faciles. Il s’agit d’un appartement à l’architecture typique anglaise avec des fenêtres sans double vitrage comme la plupart des hébergements anglais mais l’utilisation de boules quies aide à ne pas être gêné par le bruit de la circulation. La salle de bain est un peu ancienne avec un espace optimisé mais tout est propre. Les 2 lits doubles ne sont pas très larges à l’image de la literie anglaise mais les matelas sont corrects.

• Clara (4/5): Terror - Very good location indeed, less than a 5min walk to the closest overground and underground stations. There are also a few supermarkets and shops in its vicinity, which is always a plus. Overall, the place is well-equipped and the kitchen has every utensil you'd need for a relatively longer stay. Although it technically is located in Kensington, it didn't feel luxurious. The apartment was in desperate need of a sweep, every corner of the flooring was dusty. The small fan (which was also incredibly dusty) didn't work, the bathtub tap was leaking, the sofa feet are nearly collapsing and the TV has no signal (meaning you can't watch cable TV, only streaming apps). I also found the bed mattress to be way too hard, it felt like sleeping on a rock (however I am aware that that's more of a personal preference). The whole place (especially the bathroom, which also had no lock) was a lot smaller than it looked in the photos. But the most disappointing aspect was the noise. I read some reviews that said the location was quiet and barely any sound could be heard during the night, which wasn't my experience at all. I genuinely felt blindsided, because not only could I hear every person who walked past the apartment but also every ambulance, police and firefighter siren, which (I kid you not) would drive down the street every 2min, even during early hours. I had never heard so many sirens one after another. The worst part was the customer service. The woman who greeted me clearly knew nothing about the place or its intricacies (she even had trouble unlocking the doors). She simply gave me the keys, said to call if I needed anything and left without even showing me around or how to use any appliances. I felt like a bother to her. Finally, the internet connection stopped working less than 24h of me arriving there and when I tried to contact the mobile number they gave me, they sounded annoyed by me calling and had to go to the apartment to install a 4G device for the remainder of my stay (which needed to be topped up by the end of my stay, which they didn't do, so I spent the last 12h before check-out without any wi-fi access). I would absolutely not recommend staying here, I felt misled by the previous reviews.

• Kathleen (7/5): I would not describe it as “luxury “ but it had its charm. - I received check in info not in time of our arrival. Dead plants in the flat. Beds small, soft and saggy; sofa bed could not pull out. We were a family of 4 — grandmother, mother and 2 children. Not ideal bed disposition and the chairs wer not that good…a couple were rickety. Painting and repair work taking place in building. Windows were tapped. Wet paint up stairway and loose plastic covering on stairs. Negotiating the stairs was a bit precarious. Closet sliding doors didn’t work very well and there was a shortage of toilet paper . Positive a cute welcome container with sparkling wine and other treats; lots of good towels, duvets on beds. The flat was clean and the kitchenette was adequately stocked.

The WiFi was fast and reliable, and the location was excellent, just a 5 minute walk from Westfield Shopping Centre.

• Katherin (10/5): The right place! - I had a wonderful stay at this property! The space was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, close to Notting Hill and with a huge mall just a few minutes walk also the bus stop was right in front of the building. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and being available for any questions throughout my and my family stay. I truly felt at home and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I can’t wait to come back!
• Almina (9/5): Overall, while the apartment was well-located, clean, and thoughtfully equipped, some issues with noise, bed size, and a - The apartment was in a great location, within walking distance of Kensington and Notting Hill (20-30 minutes), and very close to bus and underground stations (only a 6-minute walk). Despite being an older building, the apartment was beautifully furnished and very clean upon arrival. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as plenty of towels, shampoo, an iron with an ironing board, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable (though this may depend on personal preference), and the space was sufficient for four people. It was also a nice gesture to be welcomed with complimentary drinks and snacks. The host was very friendly and responsive, which made our stay easier and more enjoyable. Being in a big city, the street noise was noticeable, especially in the evenings when sirens were frequent. One evening, the neighbors hosted a live music party, which disrupted our sleep, but we managed to get through it. The beds, while comfortable, were not suitable for people taller than 190 cm. Two members of our group were taller, and their feet extended beyond the edge of the bed, which was uncomfortable. We also encountered some challenges in the bathroom, as the bathtub had three separate valves that made it difficult to adjust the water to a comfortable temperature. At times, the water was either too hot or too cold, and eventually, we ran out of hot water altogether. The kitchen appliances also gave us some trouble. Both the oven and the stove didn’t function as expected, despite being similar to standard models used across Europe. We weren’t able to determine the cause of the issue.
