John (9/5): Great place for a family - We loved staying here as a family to explore London. Very clean and comfortable. We were able to cook dinners using local markets and do laundry. The porter and security were very pleasant. Each room has its own Air Conditioner and modern fixtures Flat 1 is adjacent to the street with normal city street noises a part of your sleep. Recommend earplugs if you are a light sleeper
