Cécile (5/5): - Proche centre et gare Une chambre a 2 fenêtres une vers le salon, une vers l'autre chambre... Pas top pour l'intimité. Les stores ne fonctionnent pas et les rideaux sont trop courts pour obscurcir. Des pigeons semblent nicher dans les combles.

fitzoskiss (10/5): Super apartament! - Este localizat foarte aproape de gara centrala, zona este foarte liniștită, patul este confortabil, apartamentul este mare și are și o terasa exterioara. Lipsa uscător de păr.
Terri (6/5): Ok - It was spacious, good sized rooms, the kitchen had all the appliances for a stay and the balcony was nice. I had a double bed but only one pillow and a single duvet, we were only given one small towel even though the property claimed to have bath towels, there were nails hanging out of the skirting boards, electrical wires hanging from the walls, a couple of the radiators didn’t work, one was leaking. There were also incomplete works within the apartment and in the hallway and at night there was a lot of noise so we couldn’t have the windows open and the curtains were not long enough to close properly.

Uwe (3/5): - Die Lage Es ist eher eine Baustelle als etwas zum wohlfühlen. Nicht mal die Steckdosen hattenb alle eine Abdeckung. Kabel hingen einfach so rum, Die Sokelleisten waren unbeschreiblich und die Wände waren mäßig mit Gips verschmiert.

Ausstattung ebenso in der Küche ,Handtücher fehlten,falsche Fernsehbedienung,Ausstattung Schlafzimmer Sehr spärlich nicht abgedeckte Steckdose hinter den einzigen Nachttisch keine Beleuchtung am Bett Keine Ablagen Schreibgelegenheit ,Küche und Bad offene Elektrokabel

Andreas (9/5): - Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, war sauber und die Küche funktional eingerichtet. Der Vermieter war gut erreichbar und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Es gab einen Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Die Wohnung ist praktisch Nah am Bahnhof und zur Innenstadt. Leider finden sich dadurch in der Umgebung auch die dort häufig anzutreffenden Personen (Obdachlos, Alkohol) In der Umgebung lebten auch Menschen, die in der Nacht lautstark ihre Gespräche und Streitigkeiten geführt haben.

Maasch (8/5): - Dem Preis absolut angemessen. Sehr netter Gastgeber. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sind noch ausbaufähig, aber da es sich hier um eine völlig neue Unterkunft handelt, ist das absolut verständlich. Wohnung ist sauber und sowohl Check In, wie auch Check out funktionieren absolut einwandfrei.

Guest (3/5): Schlecht - Sehr schlecht, obwohl ich ein anderes Zimmer gebucht habe, ich bin in einem Zimmer gelandet, es in der Renovierung ist. Ich musste damit einverstanden sein, hatte keine andere Möglichkeit. Und ich habe gefragt ob ich dafür ein Rabatt bekomme, wurde ich vom Personal angegriffen, respektlos. Überall Staub, Schmutz und Spinnen. Schlecht eingerichtet. Nicht zu empfehlen !
