Auf dem Balkon war eine Waschmaschine. Die Küche war leer, keine Küchenutensilien. Schade! Ich hatte mir die Wohnung etwas hübscher vorgestellt.

I aksed for some and was given a bunch of pots and chopsticks lol (communication and availability maybe an issue) - You must walk a bit for western food options or groceries

Also had a washing machine which was helpful. Right beside convenience stores also. The kitchen could use a deep clean. Also, some cutlery in the kitchen with glasses/cups would be ideal.

• Deak (8/5): Amazing view, very nice staff, great stay - The apartment is very nice, spacious and comfortable. It was very clean and the hosts were super nice and attentive. We received daily cleaning, including bottled waters and fresh towels, and we really appreciated the washing detergent provided for washing our clothes. We found the location amazing, even though it's central, the riverside did not feel like a very busy area. We had a wonderful view from the flat and there are shops and restaurants around the building as well. Metro stations are about 10-15 minutes walk away (uphill mostly, so take that into account if you don't want to walk many stairs). For us it was a perfect location and we really enjoyed our stay. We would have appreciated some very basic kitchen equipment, like a few plates and bowls, and a sponge for cleaning dishes. There were only mugs and glasses in the apartment.

The accommodation provided us many things. They upgraded our room, and the view was beautiful. Some fruits were given by the landlord. The city lights and AC were so loud that it was complicated to sleep. The place is full of rental apartments and some locals. The waiters and waitresses from the restaurants downstairs were loud.

We had a lovely cleaning lady who took care of everything in the room. When she noticed we kept skipping breakfast she even brought us fruits to the room, she is really the sweetest! We can recommend the facilities to foreigners as well, we have 0 Mandarin skills, but the staff made an effort to communicate everything carefully nevertheless.

Even though the room was cleaned upon our arrival, the overall tidiness of the apartment was quite lacking. It was evident that a thorough cleaning was needed throughout the space. Additionally, we encountered a broken bed that was supported with bricks, which was disappointing. The kitchen lacked utensils, requiring us to request some, but the uncleanliness of the kitchen dampened our motivation to cook. The microwave and cupboards were also very untidy. Furthermore, the lamps appeared covered in dirt and had a brownish hue. While there is room for improvement, I believe with some effort and attention to cleanliness, the apartment could provide a more enjoyable experience for future guests.

• Loo (9/5): Although we faced 2 set-backs, overall our stay is happy one otherwise we won't extend our stay. - The host, husband, wife and all other assistants, they are very friendly and helpful. We were late for checked-in but the host wait for us to ensure we have a smooth check-in. They provided us a lot of recommendations where to have good food and cheaper manner of transporting us to and from our destination. The room is fit for 4 people to stay comfortably. They fulfilled our request as much as possible such as providing daily sufficient mineral water, bath towel, disposable shoes, kitchen utensil and so on. The host was so kind to send fruits for free to the unit that we stayed. The location is very near to Bai Xiang Ju and Bai Xiang Jie, and about 20 mins slow walk to Ren Ming Jie Fang Bei. There are a lot of old shops selling good Chongqing food when walking to Bai Xiang Ju and Ren Ming Jie Fang Bei. We are very happy staying in the unit and even had extended a few more nights at the unit. We all are pleased and happy get to stay in Yue Ke Apartment :-) The fall part is no cooking is possible in the early unit we stay. However, when we extended our stay and had been allocated to different unit, there was at least a microwave oven provided for heating up some food that we bought. Another set-back was that cleaning was not done daily, at least alternate day for the wash room. Cleaning up wash room need to request.

• Anna (9/5): Consider it a very spacious hotel room and not really a fully functioning apartment. - We had two apartments for 4 people and it was a very pleasant and relaxing stay, with lots of space. I enjoyed walking along the endless riverside walkway just across the road, in the cool mornings and evenings, and you can even get down to the riverbank a km or so upriver. Beautiful views from the windows. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms could have been cleaner, especially kitchen was quite dirty and not usable (especially cupboards). The floor was dusty. I don't know how they clean the sofa and cushions between guests (probably don't?) The fridge worked, no freezer. Kitchen was also completely empty of utensils, pots/ pans, plates or bowls, cleaning supplies etc. At most, it could be used to store leftovers in the fridge and reheat in the microwave the next day. Kettle and one mug, was used for making tea. Couldn't actually cook anything. Bathroom stayed quite damp the whole time, little ventilation (the second room was a bit better). A BIG downside was that smoking was in the corridors and allowed in the rooms, although we asked for a smoke-free room and it was pleasant when the door was closed and neighbouring rooms vacant. The elevators smelled of smoke though.

• Brendan (10/5): Riverside View Right In Centre - Great value right by the riverside, staff kindly upgraded our room for free to one with a riverside view which looked fantastic from our room on the 24th floor. Room was spotless and bigger than we'd expected for the price. Small balcony with a washing machine as well as a fully-fitted kitchen. Serviced every day for fresh towels etc. Check-in was efficient, the surrounding area has a few shops and restaurants, and only a short walk along the river to the tourism hub.
• Rungmanee (9/5): Nice service and clean - Staff is very nice, friendly, fast response on our requirement. Their service is great and beyond our expectation. The room is clean and good view to see another side of river. A bit far from highlight points of Chongqing but easy to take a taxi and the bus pass by.
• Wenge (1/5): Please DONT choose this hotel! Location is horrible. - When I checked out, I left my US cellphone in a rush. Since my US cellphone won't work, I left my phone by the windows and I have hundreds of photos taken since I primarily used the phone as a camera previous. I found out within one hour of checking out and took a taxi back to check. It was gone and the room was cleaned. It is 100% that the cleaning lady took my cellphone. Really bad experience. However, for anyone who are considering this hotel (it is actually an Airbnb style), DONT! Stay away from it. My suggestion actually have nothing to do with my lost of phone experience. The location is simply horrible, can't be worse. The hotel is a high rise apartment building by the river, however, another side of the building is simply the mountain. You have to climb a very, very, long, and very, very steep stairs to reach the areas with good access of public transit. Since I traveled with my mom, I have to take taxi every single time out and back to any other places. When I was checking out, there is a unlucky old man from Brazil tried to cancel his rest of the stay simply because of it.
