• Philippe (7/5): Peaceful stay in general but sometimes, the front desk might be a stress. - Hôtel was easy to find. They have an underground car park (4€/day). Some restaurants (mainly kebabs) and shops (Kaufland & Aldi) within 4-5 min walk. We took the studio for 4 people for 13 nights and it was great. Kitchenette, huge terrace, fridge. The place is really peaceful (day & night) and the outside is well maintained. The Director is really comprehensive and helpful (also speaks French in addition to German and English) as well as the young ladies who are at the entrance but the elder lady might be sometimes rude. There is no lift (but it was ok for us)

• Terah (9/5): Comfortable stay in a safe environment. In close proximity to amenities & Underground train - The staff was friendly and accommodating. I initially booked online for 9 nights but needed to stay for 16 nights and avoid the hassle of transferring to another hotel. On arrival when I relayed this to the staff they made it happened and even worked it out so I was able to keep the same room for the duration of my stay. Special mention must be made of Cat who cleaned my room! Super helpful with translations and suggestions by leaving notes!! 1. The laundry arrangement/instructions-while there where were rules in English the equipment/machines were totally in German and I was clueless and this lead to a few mishaps when I attempted to do my laundry. 2. Not certain how the heater/AC functioned 3. Telephones did not work
• Alicia (9/5): Would totally recommend! - Breakfast was simple but very good, staff was always extremely helpful. They were always there when needed. Rooms were clean and with more than enough space. Beds were comfortable. The rooms were great but the corridor/hallway of the building smelled like cigarettes (quite strong). But that’s only outside, as soon as you enter your room there was no smell.
