• amrostant (10/5): - Un emplacement parfait après une journée de visite de Malaga. L'appartement est encore mieux en vrai que sur les photos. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour je recommande et en plus nous avons pu nous garer en voiture à proximité.

Przy kolejnej wizycie w Maladze,z pewnością ponownie skorzystam z oferty. Problem z wejściem do lokalu.Jest problem z otworzeniem drzwi-problem z przekręceniem klucza.

It was cooler on the first evening, but after talking to the host, we turned on the heat right away and everything was fine.

I waited over 1 hour and at the end I was forced to rent somewhere else. In addition, they still charged me even when it was their fault and they refuse to refund me. I will not deal with the personal here or advise anyone to rent here due to the unprofessionalism. My family and I wasn’t able to stay in the property and the person that I was texting was not helpful, he/she was supposed to guide us especially when it was heavily raining. • BRUNO (7/5): Presque parfait. - L’emplacement, le style loft industriel, la décoration. Le ménage pourrait être amélioré un petit peu (chambre, salle de bain) Le canapé est taché et ne donne pas envie de s’y asseoir. C’est dommage car l’appartement est vraiment bien.

• Joyce (7/5): - Right on a central bus line. Apartment is nicely decorated and the beds are comfortable. Communication in English would have been helpful. Kitchen had dishes but no cutlery. We had to buy disposable cutlery. No instructions were left for wifi, heating, etc.

• Sergio (9/5): Pequeña casita muy confortable y coqueta. - Casita cómoda para 4-6 personas con todo el mobiliario moderno y limpio Como críticas constructivas, que se pudiese manejar el aire acondicionado ya que debe de estar bloqueado a una temperatura y no se puede cambiar y un poco de 3 en 1 en las bisagras de las puertas para que no hagan ruido al abrirse y cerrarse.

Building work that we were not informed of meant we could not stay in apartment - The facilities were model and the apartment was very clean I stayed for 2 nights with my sister and we were so disappointed. There was building work going on in the flat upstairs and the level of noise was unbearable.A combination of non-stop drilling and banging. We could not hear each other even speak when the work started. It began at 8am in the morning and went on all day. I called the host 3 times to complain and he said he would try to get the work to stop but of course it didn't. We could not stay in the apartment at all during the day. When I complained to the host on my return he informed me that he was not to blame and that when renting a property it is a risk you take. Our trip was ruined and what was meant to be a lovely couple of days away to relax was returned into a very stressful experience.

The location is not good. It is at the end of the street in front of a dumpster, smell all around area and locality was not too safe.

But there are some small nuances with the apartment, it was quite noisy on some nights because of the different sounds coming from apartments above, also the kitchen sink faucet is too long for the sink so when you turn it on, the water is splashing in all directions.

• Igor (10/5): Good value for money - I liked it since it was on ground floor so we could enter very easy. Public parking is across the street, 18 euros per day. Heating is a bit difficult to control. No drainer for spaghetti and bigger pan would be very convenient.

Location is superb! Sometimes it was a little bit loud outside the apartment. But it didn't spoil our time there.
