• Isis (7/5): Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, especially well-suited for families. - Spacious bedrooms and generous living areas made the apartment very comfortable for our stay. The location is excellent, just steps away from a supermarket, which was perfect for picking up breakfast and other essentials. Overall, it’s a great option for families and offers plenty of space to relax. We stayed at the apartment during winter, and unfortunately it felt quite cold throughout our stay. The hot water tank is rather small, which makes it difficult for a family of four to shower one after the other without running out of hot water. The bathroom layout was a bit challenging. There is no door separating the shower area, so the floor easily becomes wet. In addition, there is no ventilation, which means the space stays damp and you can’t leave clothes in there without them getting wet. The bathroom lighting is also quite dim, and stronger lighting would make the space much more comfortable. It would also be a nice touch to provide basic toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Overall, with a few improvements, the stay could be much more comfortable for future guests.

Direct area is not too interesting but fine; it is a 5-10 minute walk to the center (but as said; metro very close and convenient for bus/train station).

• Abu Saad Ahmed (9/5): Beautifully decorated apartment - Centrally located to attractions, public transport, very clean modern decoration, hassle free check in and out, kind owner, communication in WhatsApp was easy with fast response and good advices, luggage storage after check out for few hours was very helpful for us. Thank you Soundproofing could be better although it seems like double glazed windows. In the left hand side room it makes more noise at night hence was tough for kids to sleep. The building is old. So till you enter inside the apartment, it gives a bad first impression but probably that is out of hand for the apartment owner and does not affect comfort. Inside the apartment is wonderful.

• Afshin (9/5): Geweldige mooi chique appartement midden in 't centrum van Sofia - Het appartement ligt heel centraal in 't centrum. Het is een prachtig appartement het is mooi ingericht en geeft hele nette slaapkamers. Om de hoek is de Lidl en DM drogisterij. De tram stopt voor de deur Het enige minpuntje dat tegenviel was de eettafel die verhoogd is met 4 x chique bar stoelen die draaien. Erop klimmen en eraf komen is echt lastig en gevaarlijk.

Okolie - ulica, na ktorej sa apartman nachadza, chcela hlavne vecer trochu odvahy. Rovnako ako vchod do bytoveho domu, ktory je v rekonštrukcii, takže človek prekracuje kable a vrecka cementu. Ale ak to bude viest k jeho oprave, stoji to za to vydrzat.

• Mariya (10/5): Absolute gem at the heart of Sofia - This is absolutely lovely stay at the heart of Sofia. The location was fantastic, walking distance to all centre parts in Sofia and close to the metro station. The apartment was super clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for our stay with our baby. The hosts were really kind and accommodating to our needs and inquiries. Thank you both, and we will definitely stay again with you at our next visit in Sofia. We liked everything, my husband only suggested that he would have enjoyed better a firmer pillow.

From the cozy furnishings to the high-end amenities, everything was thoughtfully arranged. The neighborhood is also great, with excellent restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. If you’re looking for a fancy yet peaceful place to stay in Sofia, this apartment is a fantastic choice. We would definitely stay here again! We would also like to thank Irena for allowing us to leave our luggage in the apartment until 4pm.

The host was very quick to reply to messages and even sent a message to check if everything was OK after we had settled into the apartment. Very well thought out with everything catered for! Clean, spacious, and very modern! Personal touches were a lovely surprise with drinks on arrival, tea and coffee in and food in the cupboard to make a pasta if you arrived late. Would highly recommend staying here! The only slight downfall to this apartment being so central and accessible was the noise from the trams which could be heard in the bedroom.

• Andrew (10/5): Modern and comfortable - The apartment is really high-end. Modern and comfortable with everything you need for self catering which was important to me. The couple who run it are exceptional in their desire to help should you require it. We had a very good stay there. A little grumble, I was there for two weeks and would have appreciated some cleaning materials left out to allow me to clean whilst I was there. Additional cleaning done by the cleaner was offered though, which I didn't have. As I say just a little grumble, the apartment is excellent.

Also the private parking is very useful especially if you travel with your own car. A bit noisy because of the trams passing close to the appartment.
• James (10/5): Beautiful 2 bedroom, convenient walk to downtown, and nice hosting touches! - Beautiful apartment and very comfortable with two bedrooms, nice living room, and a well equipped kitchen with some refreshments provided for us, very thoughtful. Easy to get the key from a lockbox and leave it there. Parking in a secure lot a block away. About a 15 minute walk to the center of the city, a good convenient location.

• Hwimin (10/5): Spot on!! - Very lovely place. All facilities were spot on and oh so comfortable. The owner has been very responsive! The location is excellent too. I wld definitely stay here again. Perhaps the bathroom could have a better way to block the shower water from splashing out too much.

• Lenny (10/5): A great apartment in a central Sofia location. Ideal for exploring Sofia. - A fabulous apartment. It is whatever you could only dream it to be. The car park is spacious and very conveniently situated. A couple of tiny-tiny wish-list items is bette4r lighting in one of the bedrooms and a squeeking door hinge in the other.

The place is beautifully designed and spacious; it is cosy and comfortable with all the basic amenities. The hosts were responsive and provided lots of information about the apartment in advance. We can highly recommend it for anyone staying in Sofia - both for a short term or long term stay.
