• Éva Szekeres (7/5): - The location was great, many transportation options nearby. The flat itself was spacious and okay for a night especially for the price. This flat although can fit 5 people I would just only recommend for 4 as in the living room where you should be sleeping on a (very dirty) sofa there is no blackout curtain. Also there is not that many storage space and even we were there for 1 night it was disturbing especially in the bathroom and in one of the bedrooms. Also there was a strong smell when we entered the flat, it was like some was smoking in there before but after opening the windos it was okay. Also the cleanliness of the bedsheets were a bit questionable as they were really wrinkly.

Je recommande ! - - L'emplacement : dans un quartier calme, situé à proximité des lignes de métro et tramway qui permettent d'accéder facilement et rapidement au centre - La propreté du logement, la qualité de la literie, les différents équipements - Même si tous les contacts se sont réalisés par message, la sympathie de la personne qui gère le logement Il n'y a rien que je n'ai pas apprécié. Un petit "défaut" : il faudrait peut-être plus de couverts et éléments de cuisine (casseroles, poêles ...) pour faire la cuisine (mais nous n'avons pas vraiment cuisiné durant le séjour donc ça ne nous a pas gêné)

• Karina (9/5): Nettes Apartment - Die Wohnung war recht gut mit der U-Bahn erreichbar. Die Größe der Wohnung war super und die Check-In Anweisungen wurden gut erklärt. Die Schlüsselbox machte das ganze ziemlich bequem für uns. Die Wohnung war schön und modern eingerichtet. In der Nacht war es in den Zimmern recht kalt. Eine Rollo funktionierte nicht und hinter den Betten war es sehr, sehr staubig und Spinnennetze hangen herum. Das eine Schlafzimmer war aber viel schöner und sauberer, als das andere. Matratzen waren recht hart.

• Cäcilia (7/5): - Die Lage war super. Auch die Betten waren bequem. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Grösse. Es gab für jeden nur ein Handtuch und nicht mal ein kleines für die Hände im Bad, auch leider keine Haken um irgendein Handtuch irgendwo anzuhängen. Die Kaffeemaschine und der Wasserkocher müssten mal dringend entkalt werden und in der Spülmaschine stand das Wasser. Auch gibt es keine Kleiderbügel oder irgendeine Möglichkeit Kleidung ausserhalb der Garderobe aufzuhängen.

• Matthias (7/5): Preis Leistung passt und wenn man nicht ganz sekant ist kann man es dort gut aushalten! - Sehr gut an die U-Bahn angebunden! Mit ein paar kleinen Handgriffen würde es mit Sicherheit noch viel bessere Bewertungen geben! Vermieter reagiert sehr schnell auf Anfragen. Aber alles in allem für einen Aufenthalt in Wien mit der Familie gut! Hier und da mal bisschen Zeit investieren dann würde man sich richtig wohlfühlen.

• Meik (3/5): Tut mir leid, diese Unterkunft nicht noch einmal. - Wir konnten schnell bei der Familie sein. Wir haben unsere Familie in Wien besucht. Die Unterkunft war nicht sehr sauber. Die Spülmaschine war komplett schmutzig. Wir hatten eh nicht vor dort in der Wohnung zu essen, da wir essen bei der Familie bekamen. Aber wenn wir dort gegessen hätten, hatten wir das gefühlt alles vorher zu spülen. Außerdem waren Flecken auf der Bettwäsche und auf den Handtüchern. Die Dusche hatte Schimmel in den Ecken. Die Klobrille war gerissen und man musste aufpassen das man sich nichts einklemmte. Die Jalousieen liessen sich nicht nach unten stellen. Auf der Terrasse brannte die ganze Nacht Licht von den Nachbarn. Man konnte nur schwer einschlafen.

We arrived at 4pm and the cleaning lady wasn't even close to being finished cleaning so we basically just had to leave and come back later...

• Kukovic (9/5): 1 Nacht Wien - Das Apartment war sauber, gut und ruhig gelegen und hatte ansich alles, was man benötigt. Extra noch kleine Handtücher wären ganz praktisch, damit man nach dem Duschen etwas zum drauf Stehen hat, bzw. eben zum Händeabtrocknen. Würden aber jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Klobrille war gesprungen, sonst absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Hat alles toll geklappt. Günstige Tiefgarage ist auch in der Nähe!

Its not fully airconditioned. Aircond is only in main area.room doesnt have fan or aircond. Location was very difficult to get to with luggages from main street. Broken toilet lid :(
• Świderska (3/5): zaniedbane mieszkanie - obiekt na pierwszy rzut oka wygląda dobrze, jasne wnętrze, dwie sypialnie każda z swoim balkonem obiekt jest brudnym, wymaga gruntownego posprzątania, brudne szyby, zapuszczony zamrażalnik, niedoprane i niedosuszone ręczniki, zapuszczona łazienka , mikroskopijne poduszki, kiepskiej jakości materace wsparte deskami, wyposażenie kuchni bardzo brudne , lokalizacja zamieszkała przez arabskie nacje, ciężko z miejscem parkingowym
• Tatjana (5/5): Nein danke. - Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern hat gut funktioniert. Fehlende Bettwäsche für 2 Personen wurde rasch nachgebracht. Matratzen waren angenehm. Grundsätzlich ist der hygienische Zustand der Wohnung mangelhaft. Die Einrichtung ist zwar neuer, jedoch hilft das alles nichts, wenn man vom barfussgehen auf dem Boden schwarze Füße hat und entlang der Leisten am Boden sich der Staub bereits sichtbar sammelt. Weiters wurden uns halbnasse Badetücher aufs Bett gelegt, welche noch fremde lange Haare beinhalteten (als Überraschung?). Auch die Badmatte war noch halbnass, ebenfalls mit Haaren. Ich schätze, dass die Badetücher auch nicht heiß genug gewaschen werden, da sie sämtliche Flecken von den Vorgängern aufweisen. Kleine Handtücher erhielten wir auf Nachfrage. Der Wc-Deckel hatte einen Riss, sodass es eine Frau schön im Oberschenkel zwickte - Verletzungsgefahr. Keine Kleiderstangen oder ähnliches, was für eine Nacht akzeptabel war - mehr jedoch nicht. Als die Bettwäsche für zwei Personen nachgebracht wurde, hat uns die Reinigungsdame ein neues (nicht gewaschenes) Leintuch samt Verpackung aufs Sofa gelegt, durften wir dann selbst auspacken - waschen wäre sich leider nicht ausgegangen.

• Marcella (9/5): Ottima esperienza - Appartamento molto bello, funzionale e in posizione ottimale. Vicinissima a metro e tram e a molti supermercati. Molto essenziale ma ciò che serve è presente! La mancanza di qualche gancio in bagno per appendere gli asciugamani e di un abat jour in una camera. Le tende oscuranti nella zona giorno sarebbero molto utili.

• Sebastian (8/5): - A fost acceptabil raport calitate/pret. Putea fi si mai curat! Jaluzele stricate la living si unul din dormitoare. La 6 dimineața te orbește soarele! Un mare plus ca are balcoane la toate camerele ,avantaj pentru fumători,un minus ca trezești toată casa si vecinii când deschizi ușă la balcon,asa tare scârțâie. Nu are aerisire la baie. Nu funcționează jaluzele!

Ask ChatGPT Since there were six of us staying, two of us slept on the sofa, which was not comfortable, and there was no sheet or pillowcase available.

The communication was fast and unco - The apartement was clean and regarding the high temperatures outside very nice inside. Air condition was running as we arrived. Besides all rooms were very clean. The balcony was cute and access to the apartement was easy. The blinds were broken on all sides and so was the drain in the shower. This meant we had to shower in the waste water from the previous person. With four people and temperatures of over 30 degrees, this was unpleasant.

Easy access to the city center (10 minutes by subway U1 to Stefan Platz and attractions). The rooms are completely separate. Equipped kitchen. • Ana-mari (2/5): Do not enter - The apartment matched the pictures, the contact person was quick to respond and helpful, the location was good. The rest of the accommodation was a disaster. There was a smell at the entrance to the apartment even though everything looked tidy. The towels are unusable, I don't think they've been washed for a long time, there are signs of someone vomiting in the bathroom. I was afraid for my safety from the spork. I definitely don't recommend it.
