• Katie (8/5): Can’t wait to come back! - The location is fantastic… about a 15 min drive from Disneyworld, about 30 mins (including traffic on the I4) to Universal. The pool was great - we went in August and wondered if we’d need it heated, we definitely didn’t. Kitchen was well stocked, there were items for our little one which saved us space in our suitcase such as a highchair and we even discovered a pushchair in the garage. The company who let out the property were great and when lightning struck nearby and put the internet out, they were very helpful. We will definitely be back and we’re so sad that we’re home! The room sizes were great, loved having a walk in wardrobe and en suite in the main bedroom. So useful to have a washing machine and tumble dryer - coming home without any washing to do is a game changer. We loved it. Some could say the decor is a little dated but none of us minded, we were living our best life at Disney. One of the sun loungers and patio chairs were broken on arrival but to be fair, we didn’t raise it with the company and if we had, I’m sure they would have sorted it.

• Jennifer (8/5): Very pleased with the accommodation and nearby access to the theme parks. Hosts respond promptly. - The property was very well provided with all the essentials. The free shower gel, shampoo and conditioner was a lovely gesture. So too was the provision of dishwasher liquid. Lots of streaming channels to choose from on TV. We received access details a few hours before check-in. On arrival, we tried the key combination on the wall and got worried as it would not work. We rang the hosts who remotely let us in. The next day we telephoned and was then made aware that the access code was on the Yale door. It was not apparent that we were not required to use the key combination on the wall. I was disappointed that on arrival, we had to pay $38 per day with a minimum of three days usage to heat the pool. This should have been made clear when booking. Due to our itineray, we would not benefit from having the pool heated for three days and therefore was not able to take advantage of using the pool.
• Linda (1/5): Extremely disappointing not what we would expect from Booking.com - The villa was filthy the guest book highlighted this numerous times. The company said the carpets were to be replaced after we left but that was no good to us. We complained the morning after we arrived, should have been offer another villa but all we got were excuses. I was covered in carpet bug bites which I spent most of the holiday cleaning and dressing if I was not medically trained I would have had to consult a doctor. Due to a filthy oven we had to make do with microwave meals until a couple of days before the end of our holiday when they came and put it on self clean which caused excess smoke so we had to sit outside the villa until it cleared. We have been going to Florida every year for 38years and never had a villa in such a state. Now considering going elsewhere. The compensation offered and not yet received goes no where near covering the cost of a ruined holiday.
• Robert (9/5): Great location. Close to Disney & major shops & restaurants. Nice pool - Location is amazing. Pool area was great as well. It could do with an update in some areas but in terms of value for money it’s hard to complain
• Nisael (9/5): Family Vacation - Very comfortable property for the whole family, spacious, nice pool, great location close to Walmart, Disney Parks, Old Town , Restaurants, Shopping . My only criticism is that when we checked in the carpet was dirty, the stove full of grease and the pool table was useless. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Location, comfort , pool, HOST.
