• Karen (8/5): - Lots of space and laundry available too! There were ants in the kitchen and living room. The property owner did not get back to me to confirm or reject my request to extend the stay. So we wanted to stay longer. The cleaning lady kept our coffee and hot chocolate mix that we purchased to use there.

• Maureen (4/5): Large but uncomfortable - The communication was excellent and prompt, check in instructions very clear and easy to follow. The apartment kitchen was well equipped, new TV with Amazon fire stick, good WiFi. No heating or hot water as the boiler wasn't working, very poor ventilation with damp smell. Decor was very cold and bare, no blankets, cushions etc. Beds were very uncomfortable, with only a single flat pillow each, the sofa also very uncomfortable with a hard bar between sinking cushions with no springs. Area can be uncomfortable to walk in at night - especially as a single woman. Ground floor flat with bars on every window reinforced this feeling.
• Sonia (6/5): Great location, excellent facilities, no hot water - Awesome location, great facilities, quick communication with the unit's management, and comfortable accommodation. No hot water for the full duration of our stay, resulting in us having to deal with either a cold shower or sponge down. Management's attempts at fixing the problem started off really well, but then turned Lukewarm (pardon the pun) when the issue was not resolved, and we complained again 😉
