- Marcelo (7/5): Ótima localização, mas as comodidade que oferece não são como do anúncio - Excelente localização, bem limpo e equipado. O pessoal também é bem cordial. A mensagem que recebemos do hostel claramente dizia que teríamos café da manhã incluído, porém na primeira manhã fomos informados que não tinha café da manhã naquele dia, pois era baixa temporada. Tivemos de procurar um lugar para tomar café e acabamos gastando quase R$ 100,00 por pessoa. O café foi uma das razões pelo qual escolhemos esse hostel e, no final, tivemos de sair para tomar café. Nem no check in fomos informados disso. O quarto tem condicionado mas não podemos ligar ele quando queremos. Fica a critério dos funcionários do hostel. Nem o controle fica com a gente. Temos um filho pequeno que custa a pegar no sono, principalmente no calor. Tivemos praticamente de implorar pra usarmos o ar condicionado e, quando conseguimos, disseram que não poderíamos usar o ar por mais de 10 horas por dia, então teríamos de desligar o ar de manhã cedo. Poderiam deixar isso claro na descrição do hostel ao invés de dizer apenas que a acomodação tem ar condicionado. Achamos duas lacraias no quarto. Podem ser frequentes em lugares como esse, mas é muito perigoso, principalmente para crianças.

- Galdino (1/5): Horrivel - Nada Pelo valor que o hostel me cobrou, imaginei que se trataria de um quarto com beliches em condições adequadas. Ao chegar ao hostel, houve demora no atendimento, inclusive para a abertura do portão. Quando finalmente entrei, a recepcionista me direcionou para o cadastro e tentou me cobrar uma diária superior a R$ 200,00 por uma beliche, mesmo eu já tendo efetuado o pagamento antecipadamente pela Booking, o que me gerou grande desconforto. Em seguida, ela me apresentou as dependências do hostel e o quarto. Confesso que nunca havia ficado em um hostel com um cheiro tão forte e desagradável. Quanto aos problemas objetivos: a cama disponibilizada era uma beliche de ferro extremamente instável, balançando de forma perigosa, com risco evidente de queda. O quarto apresentava um odor muito forte, tornando o ambiente insalubre. Para acessar minha beliche, era necessário passar pelo beliche de outro hóspede, causando transtorno para ambos. Além disso, eu não conseguia acessar minha própria cama nem mesmo para acomodar minha mochila. Os armários disponíveis estavam danificados, sem qualquer condição de segurança para guardar meus pertences. Para agravar a situação, havia um quarto vago, mas a atendente se recusou a disponibilizá-lo. A diária me custou R$ 168,00, valor que, no mínimo, deveria garantir condições razoáveis de higiene, conforto e segurança. Ainda assim, a atendente tentou me cobrar novamente mais de R$ 200,00 por um quarto que já havia sido pago. Trata-se de um valor claramente superestimado para um dormitório em péssimas condições. Caso a diária fosse em torno de R$ 50,00, a situação seria mais compreensível, pois já me hospedei em hostels nesse valor com condições significativamente melhores do que as encontradas neste local.
