The hosts were incredibly kind. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, with everything we could possibly need. We couldn’t have asked for more and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay. Only feedback is that theres no curtain at the round window in the bedroom. Therefore guests need to put a sleeping mask on.

Brendan and Dommy were perfect hosts and kindly allowed us to check in early and made great suggestions of places to go for coffee and food. The house is really close to the beach and town. Don't hesitate to book you won't be disappointed! Nothing 🙂

Nothing in the tiny home that I didn't like as such, but shampoo n conditioner would have been a nice touch. A small compact washing machine would be handy (local laundromat was temporarily closed)

• Abigail (10/5): Perfect stay 💯 - We absolutely loved our stay at Folkstale Tiny Apartment in Esperance. The antique style made the apartment feel so unique and beautiful, with every detail thoughtfully designed. The aesthetic was pure perfection and gave such a cozy, charming vibe. Our first impression was incredible, and it only got better throughout the stay. The owners were amazing ,welcoming, helpful, and made us feel right at home. Overall, an unforgettable experience and highly recommended! NA
• Rowan (10/5): An exquisite tiny house - It is a beautifully presented tiny home with exquisite touches. The bathroom is large and inviting, with both a shower and a bath. We immediately felt at home and were reluctant to leave at the end of our stay. The owners were very responsive and helpful. I heartily recommend staying here.

The bed is super comfortable and the skylights had me looking out at the stars in the night sky as I drifted off to sleep. The bathroom is stunning, with a relaxing bath, perfect after a long trip. I will be returning again and telling my friends. Great stay.

Not really a dislike … more a character of a Tiny Home. This is a beautiful Tiny House which by nature has limited room above the bed - not an issues for us and a feature we were expecting - but be aware so you are not disappointed.

Lovely bed linen and towels. Amazing big window seat. Great communication with the hosts. No wifi, which is ok if you’re local and have data but otherwise could be problematic and no tv for my footy man husband to watch! No dishwasher or microwave.

Loved the bath tub and also lounging on the sofa downstairs. The stairs up to the bed can be tricky to navigate down at night and remember to duck when you get out of bed

It was easy to find only after one drive by, easy to get into the tiny home, and the house could not have been more perfect and comfortable. It was clean, the bed was amazing, the facilities were amazing, and the charm the tiny home has is unbeatable. We were a bit of a walk to town but nothing over the top. We only stayed here one night but wish we could stay forever! The hosts were amazing with directions and instructions, and also left a nice guide to the area that was very helpful. The pictures to Folktales do not do justice to how special it really is! No complaints!

Loved the love put into everything, the vintage items, beautiful colour scheme and natural wood accents which created a naturally pleasing flow throughout, as well as the quality finishings that were so easy on the eye and enabled a full relaxation, recovery and reset.
