• Minh (5/5): không hài lòng lắm - vị trí tốt gần mặt đường Hoàng Quốc Việt Khách sạn liệt kê có chỗ đỗ xe nhưng thực ra không có mà phải đi bộ 100m ra bãi đỗ xe của bên thứ 3, giá gửi xe ô tô qua đêm 100.000 VND tương đối cao, phòng có mùi hôi, nhà vệ sinh chưa dọn sạch còn cả mi giả phụ nữ ở bồn rửa mặt, trần phòng hỏng nhưng không sửa chữa

• Chung-Hieu (8/5): Dans l'ensemble c'est amplement suffisant. - Bon emplacement à proximité de Hoan Kiem et pas trop loin de l'aéroport moins de 10 euros le trajet. c'était un studio conforme au photo un salon et une chambre + salle de bain séparer. Pour le prix c'est pas mal, mieux que certain établissement similaire qui propose des cellules en guise de chambre. La propreté laisse a désirer après pour le prix faut pas s'attendre a ce que ce soit un 5 étoile. Juste un peu d'entretien ça ferait pas de mal.

• Sébastien (7/5): - Grand logement avec salon et chambre séparée, lit confortable, clim fonctionnelle, l’essentiel est là pour cuisiner. Gardien très gentil et serviable mais ne parle pas un mot d’anglais. Proche facs USTH et VAST ( juste une route à traverser) Très sale, photos pas claires voire mensongères (terrasse en roof top non conforme aux photos, très encombrée et sale, tout comme le hall d’entrée plein de scoooter, pas de balcon alors qu’il est stipulé vue sur la ville dans l’annonce, vue sur toits des voisins très sales) Appartement très mal entrenu c’est dommage car c’est un bel appartement. A savoir : pas de clef pour l’appartement juste un code.

• Shekea (1/5): Bad - There was no airport transfer. Despite trying to find the property, it was not clear on maps and the taxi got lost several times. Upon finally getting in contact with the property they advised me they didn’t have space for me. By this time it was nearly midnight and they gave me another address to go to. I did not feel welcomed or comfortable!
• Raven (1/5): Don't recommend - Nothing, maybe the bathroom. We arrived and the room that we booked wasn't available so they gave us a room that we didn't want. The room was small and very dirty. We tried to speak with the reception but he couldn't speak english, that's why he called the owner, that didn't even show up. She was very bad-tempered. The only thing that she did right was give us a very little discount, because it was her fault. All of this happened just the first day. We booked only for one day, but on the second day, we messaged the owner in order to ask if it was possible to leave our luggages in the room until 8 pm; she never answered and when we came back, the receptionist called her and made her talk with us: she told us she didn't agree with our request and wanted us to pay an additional fee equivalent to another night plus 30,000 vnd, when she could have texted us back and so we wouldn't have left our luggages; when we tried to find a compromise, she just hang up on us. It was a very bad experience that we don't recomand at all.
• Mischa (6/5): Nice room, not superclean and very difficult to find. - The room we stayed in was lovely and we were able to cook which was nice. The bathroom was nice and we were very fascinated by the toilet. The woman upstairs was helpful when it came to checking in and we really did enjoy Hanoi. The check in process was very difficult, the man downstairs did not speak any English and it was very hard to understand what was happening and who we paid. It was also nearly impossible to find as it is down a small road which doesn't show on Grab or Google Maps, our Grab driver even struggled to find it! Our check out was not smooth at all, we did not know who to leave the key with which was awkward. The kitchen wasn't clean, I had to wash all of the dishes before we used them, we also weren't provided with cleaning cloths or a towel so we had to buy our own. The towels provided did not smell nice, we weren't able to use them which was annoying. We had no cleaning service the whole time we were there, not even new bin bags/ bins emptied and we weren't provided with the information on where to empty them, meaning we accumulated a lot of trash. There was only one chair (which was broken) in the room so we couldn't sit at the table to eat our food together and had to eat in the bed. The shower was practically cold and the features on the bathtub didn't work. We didn't use the bathtub over fears about what looked like holes, might have caused leaks. We did enjoy our stay but mainly due to the city, the room itself was nicely decorated but we weren't overly impressed. There were a lot of things to be improved on and it just wasn't for us.

• Czarnecki-stubbs (3/5): Rooms don’t look like pictures no apartments just room and bathroom and unpleasant time with person on front desk was ab - It was quiet as it is out of busy city I didn’t like the fact I payed for a room with a kitchen and got a standard bed and bathroom, lots of stains on the sheets and when it came to paying there was an issue (I had lost my bank card they didn’t have a way I could tap pay- I ended up transferring) me and the owner resolved this nicely but the man at the desk was extremely rude kept pushing door open to my room when he came to speak of the money wich was horrible as a girl travelling alone
