Gianluca (3/5): lasciate perdere se volete alloggiare a Chelsea - Il quartiere Tutto il resto, dicono di averci mandato mail per il check-in online ma non ci è mai arrivato nulla e comunque se vedi che nessuno risponde alle indicazioni manda un messaggio sulla chat di booking o chiama, siamo rimasti per starda in'ora e mezza a cercare solo di capire dove si trovasse lìappartamento visto che su l'indirizzo mancava il civico e poi abbiamo chiamato 10 volte il numero che era presente sulla prenotazione e hanno risposto tutti urtati dopo 20 minuti che eravamo in attesa, ho chiamato anche booking ma ovviamnte gli uffici erano chiusi. un disastro, utilizzo bokking da sempre ma trattato così mai, servizio clienti della struttura e di booking totalmente assenti. entrati dentro la casa ghiacciata e neanche una bottiglia di acqua in frigo. Televisore assolutamente non funzionante neanche sotto wifi, bagno microscopico, e non c'è neanche una presa se ne per asciuga capelli ne per rasoio/spazzolino elettrico, una bella bomboniera del tutto inutilizzabile.
